Hello David, I am back from Poland. The house looks elegant. The large garage is great for the camper. I haven't seen that form yet. The frontyard is great. A small private corner to enjoy the morning sun and the wonderful view of the mountains. The interior: WOW So fantastic. This square, the small round entrance, the large living space with kitchen. Wow. By the way, we say "canape" to the small sofa. that comes from the French and means sofa without backrest. Ver nice home with the main house set back, with the Pony wall and added entrance gate. Even with no RV that space could come in real handy. I wonder if the pavers would stand up to a big Diesel pusher like a Prevost ? I wonder how much work you could actually do before the HOA would get mad?Nice Den with built ins. Bar area is a positive. Kitchen is chef quality. Back yard shows what can be done with a large lot. Master bed and bath are appointed very well. Very nice home with some wish list items crossed off.

True cost won’t be known until it goes up for sale at the end of construction in this community for this home. Customers are spending around 20% in upgrades... I love the Netherlands :)

I'd do a double RV garage then make that into an iindoor basketball court . . . genious!

I think they are more rare than a common option. Richmond builds the ultra garages but in limited communities.
Still get a kick to this day when las vegas people call US 95 I95!
