I just started watching. We found a house in Flomation. What are the good, bad and ugly with this area? We got some younger kids. Im in my mid 40s, looking for ATVing, growing food and fishing. Let me know. I'll be watching more of your videos.
Awesome! Welcome! You happen to have stumbled upon one of the greatest small towns in America (in my opinion) lol. Where is your house? Actually our little school is ranked in the top 25 for the state. When you get involved in the community you'll find that everyone knows everyone. I grew up with an ATV and drove it everywhere. We have Bogs and Boulders up in Brewton if you are looking for the ultimate ATV experience. As far are growing your own food, we also have my good friend David the Good (go check out his channel and books). I completely understand, I figured with me being retired military and working a gov. job. I'm already all over their books. There's pro's and con's to every decision.

All the government requirements are exactly why I'm paying for my high tunnel out of pocket. I don't want my farm on their books.
