I loved when she said we have to love ourself in order to love our neighbors. If we don’t love ourselves and treat ourselves horrible then that’s how we treat others and allow others to treat us. I had to learn my value and I am still learning. Once you know, you can then love others correctly and show others. I am also trying to learn how to heal from the past to be able to move forward and stop dwelling on the past. Love this episode. ❤

It's not just whether our thoughts align with God's truth, but what if our experiences and reality do not align with what we believe and are told is the truth. It's all good and well having nice thoughts and believing but when the reality is not matching up and you are faced with the pain and anguish of that reality it's not so easy. You're just hoping to die so you can have a chance of living.
I pray for a circle of women I can sit with like this, and just be vulnerable, truthful, share life experiences, share the word and pray together 🙏🙏
