Oh my goodness the memories I have of my grandparents are AMAZING. And it is the fun we had with them that I remember. I was talking to a cousin once & said how Grandpa made you feel like you were his favourite. She said well yes I was. I told her that is how he made each of us feel. He did not say you are my favourite he made us feel that way. These moments will go like a flash. I snot laughed & I might have gotten some of my tea up my nose when Chelsea said how she thought the movie night would go compared to what really happened. Welcome to earth, my lovely, welcome to life. It is full of blunders & crazies. Life is good. You make my day better. Thank you so very much

The 3 garter stitches on each side of the heel flap might be from the Hermione's Everyday Socks, because that's where I first saw it, and actually haven't seen it in any other pattern since. It makes the picking up of the stitches so much easier! Was it Kevin or Ray, Needles at the Ready who did the starting Michelle's stripes one sock from inside, the other from the outside? I mean this in the nicest way. The men can surely help with the girls and Winnie. I feel bad for you both, trying to find a day.

The Mrs. Claus mug reminds me of a tradition my mom started when I was little and I did this with my daughter ( still do she’s 29) One gift comes from Mrs. Claus. Usually something small and girly and the tag will say from Mrs. Claus. This started when I got a Mrs. Claus doll when I was little and instead of Santa it said from Mrs. Claus. All my friends were jealous as I was the only one who got a gift from Mrs. C.
