In this video, you have given the reference to ' Hearsay' theory. This has helped me a lot to understand and with this section 60 of the Indian Evidence Act.
I personally have seen in the practice lot of people make allegations on the opposite side that he is or was telling like that or like that and charging him with allegations without any proof.
But now the same allegations will come under section 60 of the Indian Evidence Act and will not have any evidentiary value.
And I think there is no need to rebut those false allegations

Sir, can you please explain the difference between the case of R vs Bedingfield and R vs Foster
R vs bedingfield field statement not admissible not relevant of fact in issue because transaction of act is over ...and other case comes under section 6 because he saw that car gone fast ...but in former case she did not see anything releated to fact in issue...she could have been cut her throat by herself...I HOPE U UNDERSTAND
