I'm thinking the Tleilaxu are the next faction. One nasty thing they could do at higher hegemony is temporarily take control of other factions' ghola-ed heroes. 😈
I think causing opponents ghola'd heroes to die makes more sense from a balance perspective......or lock out opponents from being able to make gholas at all if they aren't allied or something.
I'm glad you post Spice Wars games. :) I think the game is in a solid place. Is there any way you can up your refresh rate / capture rate? When you switch menus it takes a sec for the resolution to catch up. (Like goes from 480p to 720p to 1080p)
Pretty sure interdiction zones does not work on bases, so you'd need to place it on whatever location the enemy would be flying from. At least thats what ive been told by the "ancients" over on turin's discord. (So exactly like you did in the first game)
Re: POIs for tech - no, they don't interact with the +/-50%, it's purely based on Knowledge level. It also doesn't spill over so if the only target is a tech that has 1 day left to complete you'll waste 3 days worth.

Pretty strong ability though, when you think of heroes like Aramsham and Gurney or Rabban
