You should try reviewing the Adaptive Arsenal mod, he just updated it to 1.04, the gunplay should feel more polished now after he increased the speed of the projectiles and fixed the performance issues.

you will have to reapply the afflictions on certain loading screens. e.g. dp lighthouse and many others
I think a Misery custom mode without Broken Body would actually be fun

Damn, the broken body seems to be the most hard one. But haunted sleep and fridged bones are rough as well. I currently survive 43 days on Misery.
