Wait for others. Most of the fighters are warriors so a fair battle of sorts will ensue one way or another but among them there are some names that aren't warriors. For example after Buda comes Quin and after that Tesla. I really love how non warriors fight and for me their battles are more exciting than the ones where is just a match or who is the better warrior because just like with Jack they do things way differently. I'm most excited about Rasputin being one of the fighters as well.

What I like about this fight is that Jack was in control the entire time. Even when he took hits it was all calculated into his plan. He knew he would take damage and played it to his advantage
It was a bad matchup for Hercules he had to fight jack with home field advantage and he knew London better than anyone he instantly became a serious threat as soon as they started.
Not to mention the advantage of his gloves which made what he touched into a weapon against him so they didn't know till Hercules lost his harm which weakened him drastically by not having but one arm as u can tell during the fight he was use to to considering he used the wrong arm
If you read about how Heracles got his 12 Labors, he even managed to fool the gods as well. He could have outsmarted him if he wanted, but his pride doesn't allow him to do so.

Jack felt betrayed for not getting accepted as a wielder, thus he provokes Hlokk to feel betrayal as well by having her sister not help her when she pledged. The pact was made through the feeling of betrayal, neither of them wanted the help of the other.

They have done Greek Gods dirty. 2 Loses on Gods side and both of them are Greek Gods, Zeus almost lost against Adam too(the only fight or from the few fights I liked and rooted for human side champion to win). Heracles, they done him the worst. His power and battle didn't feel or look impressive at all even though they claimed him stronger than Aries and standing up against Zeus(although the actual myth is Heracles standing against evil/vengeful Hera that wanted Heracles to die because he was son of Zeus and a human woman). Not only his power looked underwhelming but he kept behaving like a complete imbecile that charged head first into all traps and damage possible. Supposedly God of war but had no sign of war/tactics/battle IQ in him at all. The weapon the creators of the series given to Jack, was completely silly. It's like a genie offers you three wishes and you try to wish to have more wishes, which wouldn't fly. But I guess they really wanted to go all out on giving a sick character like Jack, all the plot armor they possibly could). Last but not least. It's true that Heracles could have finished off Jack in the end and force a draw or even win if he killed Jack faster than dying himself. "Hans Dado 3 days ago Nope. In the manga it was shown that he had no strength left but he forced himself to hug jack" If he could force himself to hug him, I am pretty sure he could force himself to either crush him to death with his embrace or hit him otherwise. Jack was at the brink of death too(in fact I am surprised Jack tanked that many injuries and hits from Heracles, he should have died sooner or even much sooner-from first punch. After all he was no fighter at all to begin with, just a smart murderer, he should stand no chance in an actual fight-melee against a fighter, especially against Heracles, the only way for him to win would be hit and run tactics, hoping Heracles never lands a hit on him).

They made Jack's portrayal a bit accurate only missing a bit more scummier techniques. Jack was also known to be one of the smartest Serial killer in history to ever exist
Real life Jack the Ripper was just a butcher (they found out through DNA evidence of his descendents) and no, he wasn't a genius. He killed prostitutes and people London didn't care about while the city didn't have any of the tools to actually find. There were much smarter serial killers, Jack isn't even in the top 100. It was the newspapers who made him a legend if anything.

I don’t know why, but at the end of the fight I felt so weird. Hercules was a BEAST in terms of person and fighter. I also liked Jack the Ripper. The point is I felt bad in a way where everyone was cheering Hercules, also the humans. No one was hoping Jack to win, maybe just me. I wanted so hard for Jack to win that more the fight was close to end more I was thinking “Jack is done”. But then that happened in the end and I was like “He won!!”. It felt like I was cheering for the main antagonist even if I knew that the “antagonist” was Hercules. This anime is a masterpiece even in terms of points of view. It has the ability to change perspective and you don’t even realise it.
To me it seems like you just didn't understand the fight. Hercules even said that once he wins he will petition for humanity to not be destroyed anyway and asked Jack to surrender because he didn't want to kill him. Meanwhile Jack didn't even care about saving humanity, he just wanted the satisfaction of seeing even Herac's love be replaced by terror, becasue he became a sociopath who delights in watching others feel fear. Hercules was really a perfect hero in this battle, even as the represantative of the gods he wanted to save humanity and he loved even the human that took his life and thus allowed Jack the chance to see what real love is like and give him a chance to redeem himself if he wants to. The people who'd say that Hercules was still the villain in this anime were just not paying attention.

See, the nice thing about the stories/manga/anime is that they leave the reader / viewer free to interpret the story in the way they want, and I still remind you that the one fighting for the humanity, was not Hercules and thus for me it FELT as the villain of THAT MATCH. I was sharing my alternation of moods during the fight, cause it was beautiful and scary at the same time. The differences between both carachters in terms of background and personalities are massive and I agree that everybody can choose their own favourite carachter or make their own version prevail, but not everyone can share the same version. I was actually complimenting on Hercules’ behaviours. Besides, a villain can also be a good guy, but still he remains an antagonist. The purpose of this anime/fights is to let Brunhild win the Ragnarok and she showed off many sides of her cold personality, determined to sacrifice everything to let the humanity survive. It doesnt make her a “good person” tho, but she is still the protagonist with a purpose to fulfill, good or evil, she is still the main carachter. I don’t also believe in good and bad or right and wrong, but that’s too long to talk about so I’m just going to attain on the least we saw/read. I’m not going to argue on Hercules’ heroic attempt to save the humanity, what I doubt of is Zeus’ one’s, which he is willing to exterminate them at all costs. I like this fight a lot, the fact that they are both winners where hercules lost but win in different ways rather than jack win but disliked by the human the very thing that they should be thanking for preventing the humanities extinction. jack being the champion of humans where he dispised the human nature, and hercules a human that became god. that see everything as good despite the evil inside

This battle was just splendidly… poetic. I could call this battle a yin and Yang type but Jack didn’t have a peck of goodness until the end. However, ironically, him not implying goodness even until the end is what made this battle complete in its own way. It had a boring and somehow horrible start but the ending was amazingly marvelous. There’s so much symbolism to Jack the Ripper winning this battle, how I wish I could put them all into words

This Heracles and Jack the Ripper fight reminded me of the Agatha Christie series "Hercule Poirot and the jobs of Hercules" where he solves misteries similar to Hercules jobs. He also roamed the streets of London to solve some of these misteries. The old detective and police histories were good. For Jack fans, please check Lemmino's video about him, its and internet gem.

I am really glad Jack won this fight. If Hercules had won it would have resulted in the death of the Valkyrie sister & one loss closer to the extinction of the human race. Zeus tricked Hercule's and gave him those tattoo's on purpose due to him coming from mankind (12 Divine Acts), He also took away a lot of power he had not known about due to just becoming a god like Zeus.. The Real Zeus Immediately felt the instant threat from Hercules new found powers from drinking his own blood, Another big hint on how Hercules powers were just like Zeus's was when his eyes went black with his bright blue pupils, After this The real Zeus had gain way more power he had previously had which helped him maintain his later forms and techniques he had but could never use them (Zeus Final form and his Fathers Time Punch) The whole anime is very awesome and interesting. If Hercules Refused Zeus's help we could have seen a new Zeus with a true good heart in the making and with the potential to learn everything he needs to defeat The Real Zeus.

They have done Greek Gods dirty. 2 Loses on Gods side and both of them are Greek Gods, Zeus almost lost against Adam too(the only fight or from the few fights I liked and rooted for human side champion to win).
Heracles, they done him the worst. His power and battle didn't feel or look impressive at all even though they claimed him stronger than Aries and standing up against Zeus(although the actual myth is Heracles standing against evil/vengeful Hera that wanted Heracles to die because he was son of Zeus and a human woman). Not only his power looked underwhelming but he kept behaving like a complete imbecile that charged head first into all traps and damage possible. Supposedly God of war but had no sign of war/tactics/battle IQ in him at all.
The weapon the creators of the series given to Jack, was completely silly. It's like a genie offers you three wishes and you try to wish to have more wishes, which wouldn't fly. But I guess they really wanted to go all out on giving a sick character like Jack, all the plot armor they possibly could).
Last but not least. It's true that Heracles could have finished off Jack in the end and force a draw or even win if he killed Jack faster than dying himself.

If he could force himself to hug him, I am pretty sure he could force himself to either crush him to death with his embrace or hit him otherwise. Jack was at the brink of death too(in fact I am surprised Jack tanked that many injuries and hits from Heracles, he should have died sooner or even much sooner-from first punch. After all he was no fighter at all to begin with, just a smart murderer, he should stand no chance in an actual fight-melee against a fighter, especially against Heracles, the only way for him to win would be hit and run tactics, hoping Heracles never lands a hit on him).
Everyone said jack wasn't fighting for human and he just being himself but we can't avoid the fact that it's still considered that he protect humanity and the ending is more painful for him those fans who aren't appreciate him are similar to those audience who throw a rocks at him

Real life Jack the Ripper was just a butcher (they found out through DNA evidence of his descendents) and no, he wasn't a genius. He killed prostitutes and people London didn't care about while the city didn't have any of the tools to actually find. There were much smarter serial killers, Jack isn't even in the top 100. It was the newspapers who made him a legend if anything.

I don’t know why, but at the end of the fight I felt so weird. Hercules was a BEAST in terms of person and fighter. I also liked Jack the Ripper. The point is I felt bad in a way where everyone was cheering Hercules, also the humans. No one was hoping Jack to win, maybe just me. I wanted so hard for Jack to win that more the fight was close to end more I was thinking “Jack is done”. But then that happened in the end and I was like “He won!!”. It felt like I was cheering for the main antagonist even if I knew that the “antagonist” was Hercules. This anime is a masterpiece even in terms of points of view. It has the ability to change perspective and you don’t even realise it.
No one couldn't have said it better . Throughout the entire fight I was literally rooting for Hercules sometimes and jack sometimes.
To me it seems like you just didn't understand the fight.
Hercules even said that once he wins he will petition for humanity to not be destroyed anyway and asked Jack to surrender because he didn't want to kill him.
Meanwhile Jack didn't even care about saving humanity, he just wanted the satisfaction of seeing even Herac's love be replaced by terror, becasue he became a sociopath who delights in watching others feel fear.
Hercules was really a perfect hero in this battle, even as the represantative of the gods he wanted to save humanity and he loved even the human that took his life and thus allowed Jack the chance to see what real love is like and give him a chance to redeem himself if he wants to.
The people who'd say that Hercules was still the villain in this anime were just not paying attention.

See, the nice thing about the stories/manga/anime is that they leave the reader / viewer free to interpret the story in the way they want, and I still remind you that the one fighting for the humanity, was not Hercules and thus for me it FELT as the villain of THAT MATCH. I was sharing my alternation of moods during the fight, cause it was beautiful and scary at the same time. The differences between both carachters in terms of background and personalities are massive and I agree that everybody can choose their own favourite carachter or make their own version prevail, but not everyone can share the same version. Probably, I’m not the one not paying enough attention but your mind not open enough to accept or watch from other perspectives. Good day 😬

I was actually complimenting on Hercules’ behaviours. Besides, a villain can also be a good guy, but still he remains an antagonist. The purpose of this anime/fights is to let Brunhild win the Ragnarok and she showed off many sides of her cold personality, determined to sacrifice everything to let the humanity survive. It doesnt make her a “good person” tho, but she is still the protagonist with a purpose to fulfill, good or evil, she is still the main carachter. I don’t also believe in good and bad or right and wrong, but that’s too long to talk about so I’m just going to attain on the least we saw/read. I’m not going to argue on Hercules’ heroic attempt to save the humanity, what I doubt of is Zeus’ one’s, which he is willing to exterminate them at all costs.
But still, every anime/manga/movie has their own destined ending, so whoever wins, I really wish on a satisfying ending cause this anime has a lot of resources. Peace & love
I like this fight a lot, the fact that they are both winners where hercules lost but win in different ways rather than jack win but disliked by the human the very thing that they should be thanking for preventing the humanities extinction. jack being the champion of humans where he dispised the human nature, and hercules a human that became god. that see everything as good despite the evil inside

This battle was just splendidly… poetic. I could call this battle a yin and Yang type but Jack didn’t have a peck of goodness until the end. However, ironically, him not implying goodness even until the end is what made this battle complete in its own way. It had a boring and somehow horrible start but the ending was amazingly marvelous. There’s so much symbolism to Jack the Ripper winning this battle, how I wish I could put them all into words

if you think abt it heracles is acc very strong. According to jacks volund, the larger the weapon the more powerful it is when turend into a divine treasure. So if knives and doors alrdy do that much damage like a divine treasure sword, imagine an entire building turned into a divinse treasure that would be like resisting lots of the gods finishing moves

This Heracles and Jack the Ripper fight reminded me of the Agatha Christie series "Hercule Poirot and the jobs of Hercules" where he solves misteries similar to Hercules jobs. He also roamed the streets of London to solve some of these misteries. The old detective and police histories were good. For Jack fans, please check Lemmino's video about him, its and internet gem.

Love both characters but even if hercules loved humans he has no power to convince the other gods to protect humanity , at the end of the day, as evil as Jack is he technically still saved humanity's chances. Humanity would be put in a very difficult position if he died because theyd be down by a lot and need to catch up with 2 more wins. Humanity needed this win badly.

Zeus tricked Hercule's and gave him those tattoo's on purpose due to him coming from mankind (12 Divine Acts), He also took away a lot of power he had not known about due to just becoming a god like Zeus.. The Real Zeus Immediately felt the instant threat from Hercules new found powers from drinking his own blood, Another big hint on how Hercules powers were just like Zeus's was when his eyes went black with his bright blue pupils, After this The real Zeus had gain way more power he had previously had which helped him maintain his later forms and techniques he had but could never use them (Zeus Final form and his Fathers Time Punch) The whole anime is very awesome and interesting. If Hercules Refused Zeus's help we could have seen a new Zeus with a true good heart in the making and with the potential to learn everything he needs to defeat The Real Zeus.
