Hey Jake. That little thing you see in the frame is a piece of dust or something that is on the Image sensor (make sure you don't just wipe it off or you will ruin the sensor, you need special equipment). Hope that helped!
Thats dust on the sensor of your camera! Get you a rocket blaster! theyre like 10-12 bucks! good tool to have to keep the dust and dirt off the sensor and lenses! Hold the camera with the opening facing down and use the rocket blaster to blow air up and it will get the dust out! I'll send you a snap message

The two room might combine put you at a left angle and looking out the ground is lower so it seem flat. A circle level bobble would tell you if it flat
