for the bumpy roads, you should look into getting a small smittybilt air compressor that you can mount under the hood, then you can air down for those dirt roads and make your drive so much smoother.
It's truly amazing how positive you can remain during stressful situations like getting trapped in there most people would be really agitated and mad and loose patience for the whole situation but you managed to be super positive and also get some amazing footage. Keep it up Jake!
Jake, buy some hotdogs, and cut off a small piece with your fingers, then place/push Annie's meds into the soft middle part of the hotdog chunk and feed it to her. That's how i used to give my dog his Thyroid medication back in the day. I have yet to find a dig that doesn't like a small chunk of hotdog. Anyways, i hope that helps. Keep up the videos, cruise into Rosarito Beach Mexico since your so close, and best of luck!
Looking much better Annie, And I know the feeling about the fence that has happened to me before while quading in Minnesota many years ago... Managed to get out via a very long logging road which took me a few hours to travel across. Continue with your quest Friend...Vic
Hi Jake, Jade and Annie! Jake, really appreciated your attitude and demeanor when things didn't go as planned, or expected; great problem-solving skills!
Rules here in cattle country is if the gate is open when you go through it leave it open, if it is closed close it, but very few have locks on them. If you find a locked gate you better be good at backing up.
Hey Jake, next time you run into a scenario where you are loosing traction just air your tires down to 10-15psi. Especially in sand, that might have prevented your tires from sinking and given you enough floatation to drive beside the fence rather then being pulled towards it. An onboard air compressor is nice but if you don't have one just be cautious and don't drive too fast when driving to the gas station to air up.
Compressors are nice but I think a better and quick option is a small tank - like a scuba tank with value. You can get a small one with regulator that can up air all four tires at least twice. It's quick, a refill on all four would take about 10-mins. I read where most ARB compressors take much longer and are prone to breakages.
I'm so happy for Annie. Glad she is doing well. Its also nice to see people step up and help out. Killer drone footage and awsome countryside. Still don't know how you can drive and fly..lol! take care.
You know what helped my dog eat after his surgery, White Rice, Chicken, and Gravy or Chicken Broth. If dogs have an upset stomach and don't want to eat because of that than give her Pumpkin 🙂👍🏼
I don't understand what the chain would be used for? In California, much of the public land is locked or signed against motor vehicles. We are controlled oppressively by environmentalists in this state and even the national forests management is deeply infiltrated. Those with handicaps are screwed when it comes to public access and the management and the environmental groups that are also involved turn a blind eye. The Cleveland and Angeles National Forests are very bad. San Bernadino is worth visiting especially once the snow closures are open around Big Bear. Los Padres is not too bad either. I do not support many designated wilderness areas for various reasons.
My brother in law issued to live in Carlsbad, and the scenery is gorgeous, Also, was wondering if you'd ever get into manifold cooking. Glad Annie is doing better! Hugs
My new favorite since the sleigh ride! Drone shots are awesome. Drama and disision on the ground, finally a jail break! Annie on the mend! Happy Happy Joy Joy.
What happened to Annie's leg? I'm glad she's on the mend. FYI, Oh, you shouldn't put ointment on stitches cause it can soften them too much, in case there's a next time. Hugs and love.
Been there, done that, unfortunately. Drove for miles and miles on forest roads only to come across a disputed access gate. Waited for two days and finally had to drop some wire and cross. Restored the fence though, better than is was. I am sure though that I wasn't the first. Back tracking would have meant running out of gas.
Carry a set of line man pliers and you can make a door in any barbwire fence then close it with the help of a ratchet strap to pull strands back together to re hook them to each other. And deli turkey is a for sure stand by when my dog gets picky
First off- this one had me rolling Jake. I'm so sorry. I know it was probably so uncomfortable for you n Annie with the heat, but when I saw you back where you started, I just couldn't help but laugh. Second off- the DRONE! omg yay! I actually watched the video with Garvin Ind/surfing first & I was just blown away. Literally breathless. The shots you got - AMAZING! So glad Wranglers' Annie is healing well & y'all are safe n happy. All the best kiddo 😊
Hola Jake! So Happy that Annie is OK. The views from the Drone were breathtaking! Your pronunciation of the Last Name Collora was great. Wish you the Best as always!
Jake I'm from New Zealand and totally suggest you go to Carlsbad Caverns it's totally mind blowing! I stayed at Roswell a few years back and absolutely loved it!
You need to check your v-belts. I just fixed that squealing on mine. Also might want to carry a few spares around. They're cheap as hell at O-Reilly's.
Right now gas is $1.40 per liter in Vancouver BC area. Just under 4 liters in a us gallon, you do the math. Lucky I live close to the Blaine Washington border. I fill up every week. Milk is half price too, bucks a gallon in Canada.
We have issues in Utah with people putting gates up on public roads because it borders their property. Courtesy of that I don’t go wheeling in those areas because it’ll cause bigger problems
First and foremost - HIGH FIVE ANNIE!!!!! I have a couple of dogs that have gone through tough medical issues and they amaze me how resilient and positive healers they are! :) Second - KILLER DRONE VIDEO JAKE!!! And third, Kailee is uber hot! :) I'm a fan! :) Glad to see all the positives in this video!
most likely someone put up the gate but they dont actually own the land, alot of people will claim they do and try to scare people away from driving it and act like they own it but they dont. its actually pretty common.
Don't drive off the dirt roads. Your exhaust system may start a grass fire and California will hold you liable to the fire fighting expenses and May convict for arson. Happens all the time in comifornia.
That's why I carry a lockpick and bolt cutters. Don't fence me in ,Nevada.. I have cut many many locks.. no time to pick them. Good luck Mr jake.. hope anne is gets better quick..
The drone shots are amazing. You are really good with the camera-- looks like you are having fun. I am doing the same thing.. but I am just not nearly as good with the camera as you are. I don't think my video would be as entertaining for people to watch. But well, practice I guess.. you've been doing this for a year already!
Nice drone videos, but that leads to a question, can you tell me who is operating/filming the drone video while you are driving the Jeep? Surely Annie can't drive the Jeep, (she is so cute).
hey jake noticed jade was sounding kinda rough.have you tried to seafoam her? after that i would add some Lucas oil stabilizer just to prevent. glad Annie's better happy trails
I've been 8 days without a shower camping at the ....Red River Gorge.... so I know what you mean your skin starts to feel like.... old boot leather .....and I smelled horrendous.
Jake, what part of Temecula was that? Was it off highway 79? I live in Lake Elsinore which is like 30 minutes North of Temecula. Wish I knew you were in town, would have taken you and Annie wheeling in the Ortega mountains in Lake Elsinore.
My JKU took a dump on me today tho, left me stranded at the gas station bcuz my alternator decided to fry itself. Gotta love JustEmptyEveryPocket O|||||||O
***The drone is back - YAY!!!
Ken Nelson, YAY exactly. The drone can add so much to the look and feel of a vlog. But even better, so good to see Annie recovering so well!
It sure does and I was so happy to see Annie up and around!
:-)
Mornin' Ben!
Ken Nelson haha nice, I was going to say the same thing! =)

I recommend OnX Maps! you can see what land is public and what land is private. Super helpful app
Eric Knewitz just saw this comment, thank you!
was just about to go to bed, but then saw you posted. So happy annie is getting better best of luck to both of you!
So happy to see Annie is feeling better. 😄

Better option since almonds are not very good for dogs.
hot dogs give my dogs the runs. i dont know why, my dog likes peanut butter. i use dog friendly peanut butter my vet recommended.
Drone footage rocks!!
KJ how does he use the drone while driving
Was gonna ask the same. I️ think some of the higher end ones have a tracking function but not sure
really appreciate how you try to stay positive even if things are frustrating.
glad to see Annie feeling better
Man that's drone footage is sweet... well all your footage is sweet. You should do a video about tips and tricks for film makers.
Right?
This was an amazing video with the drone! It adds so much depth to your vlog! Love it! ❤️2000TJ❤️
Looking much better Annie, And I know the feeling about the fence that has happened to me before while quading in Minnesota many years ago... Managed to get out via a very long logging road which took me a few hours to travel across. Continue with your quest Friend...Vic

Annie looking better and you got the drone back? Good times!
So weird that the gate is closed in broad daylight, if it was open and unattended when you entered. But i love how you just dipped out lmao
Glad Annie is feeling better.

Jake on the late night and I'm drunk. whoooooo!
Cheers for Corona
GaynNovi yes sir! I'm ready to drink with Jake one day.
don't ride on your brakes the whole way down. make sure to down shift to let the torque slow you down.
Tense for a bit there. Glad you're back outta the gate & Annie's on the road to recovery!
Killer drone shots too!
I'm so happy for Annie. Glad she is doing well. Its also nice to see people step up and help out. Killer drone footage and awsome countryside. Still don't know how you can drive and fly..lol! take care.

BOLT CUTERS AND a CHAIN is your magic key. As part of public land you can not lock off public land even if it runs through you land.
I don't understand what the chain would be used for? In California, much of the public land is locked or signed against motor vehicles. This is why everybody should learn the basics of lockpicking. I promise I could pick it in 10 mins
My new favorite since the sleigh ride! Drone shots are awesome. Drama and disision on the ground, finally a jail break! Annie on the mend! Happy Happy Joy Joy.
Your merch link is broken... Thanks for the ride. Love the drone shots. Have you added anything to the basic drone kit?
I got locked in a place before ...no fun, but lucky there was a number I could call. 👍 Glad you made it out 😊
Best post in a awhile! And Annie's doing better than I expected - great to see that!
If there was ever better material for a DJI commercial I haven't seen it!
Stunning how much you can do by yourself...no one else helping. Excellent job! Very inspiring.
What happened to Annie's leg? I'm glad she's on the mend. FYI, Oh, you shouldn't put ointment on stitches cause it can soften them too much, in case there's a next time. Hugs and love.
Doing a cross country trip and living in my jeep is definitely on my bucket list now.
this quote seemed fitting "Where were going we don't need roads."

Jake I and you should also carry bolt cutters and a spare NEW lock
First off- this one had me rolling Jake. I'm so sorry. I know it was probably so uncomfortable for you n Annie with the heat, but when I saw you back where you started, I just couldn't help but laugh.

Soooooo glad you and Annie are doing well!!!
So glad to see Annie getting better!
You should hit up Santa Rosa Plateau. It's just north on the 15 a cpl miles.
Jake I'm from New Zealand and totally suggest you go to Carlsbad Caverns it's totally mind blowing! I stayed at Roswell a few years back and absolutely loved it!
Cavern tour @ Sonora Texas is definitely amazing. Lot's of crystal.
Nice to see Annie getting better! :)
This drone footy was wayy overdue.. those shots were just tooo good
8:34, If that was a CJ it would have flipped. Ask me how I know this, Glad the Drone is back, Awesome footage.
Pretty cool little adventure. Love all of the drone footage too!
Where you were going to get on Highway 79, that's Aguanga and right across from where you came is Vail Lake
The added Drone footage is awesome. Well done
Just Chilling - Thank you!
Alright!!! Annie getting better!! Drone footage was great too.
Been waiting for this video all week!
try a factory oem belt. some after market belts will slip and squeal.
gotta love it when people gate public roads lol
Camstrike D where does it state it was a public road?
good to see annie doing better
If Annie is taking pain killers, often times they cause nausea and a loss of appetite so that may be why she doesn't want to eat
You need to check your v-belts. I just fixed that squealing on mine. Also might want to carry a few spares around. They're cheap as hell at O-Reilly's.
Annie is blessed to have you!
LMAO!! 🤣🤣 Nothing to see here!! The way you drive through the gate not even a wave to the guy!!
Very nice drone shots, Jake. And doing it all alone too!
Thank you Blogie. Practice and continued use makes it easier!
Great Channel! HEY have you USED the Beatit battery to jump your Jeep? Did it work?
cdiddy536 - Yes, I have used it and it works great! Thank you!
Right now gas is $1.40 per liter in Vancouver BC area. Just under 4 liters in a us gallon, you do the math. Lucky I live close to the Blaine Washington border. I fill up every week. Milk is half price too, bucks a gallon in Canada.
I said it before and I'll say it again. You sir are very, very good at your videoagraphy and video editing skills. Keeps you wanting to watch.
WOW on the drone shots!
We have issues in Utah with people putting gates up on public roads because it borders their property.
Courtesy of that I don’t go wheeling in those areas because it’ll cause bigger problems
thanks for entertaining me while I wait for all the local stores to open...
When you come down by del mar You should stay near Torrey pines state reserve you can park for free for 2 days I think
then you just move spots
First and foremost - HIGH FIVE ANNIE!!!!! I have a couple of dogs that have gone through tough medical issues and they amaze me how resilient and positive healers they are! :) Second - KILLER DRONE VIDEO JAKE!!! And third, Kailee is uber hot! :) I'm a fan! :) Glad to see all the positives in this video!
Glad y'all got out. Annie's looking great.

The drone is back!? I wondered where it went!
Mornin' Jake!
;-)
Your doing what I would of loved to do...great show and be safe out there Jake.
Lee Waddell - Thank you!
Don't drive off the dirt roads. Your exhaust system may start a grass fire and California will hold you liable to the fire fighting expenses and May convict for arson. Happens all the time in comifornia.
I wish I could help but I'm only 12 so best wishes
I think that would be the biggest challenge in finding a way to travel with Annie and not have her die from the heat being a locked vehicle.
been praying for you and Annie.
That's why I carry a lockpick and bolt cutters. Don't fence me in ,Nevada.. I have cut many many locks.. no time to pick them. Good luck Mr jake.. hope anne is gets better quick..
Mike Carr just the lock pick? No other picking tools?
Adventure adventure !!!!! Go Jake
10:40 looks like a red cross bag.
Wait till you get to Texas, gas is only like $2.20 here!
hello from Australia
Jeep Truly a Go Anywhere Vehicle.
2.83 for gas? Down here in Dallas, Texas, 2.11 is the norm right now.
EthanWit 1.97 in Mississippi

glad Annie's better
happy trails
you have such better patience than I do ..I would tear it down with chain and 4low. or cut the barbed wire. I get claustrophobic to quick.
Boltcutters work very good
Cone of shame lol. I laughed at that. Gotta be my favorite movie
I've been 8 days without a shower camping at the ....Red River Gorge.... so I know what you mean your skin starts to feel like.... old boot leather .....and I smelled horrendous.

Last time I came this early my girlfriend was furious with me...
how do you get your drone shots while your driving
Were you droning and driving?!! 😂
Tobias Grigg drone has follow mode
how do you fly the drone, while driving the jeep? I would find that complicated. Unless you can auto pilot/calibrate the drone to fly by it self.
I typically fly it while I'm driving when I'm on back roads. It does have a follow me feature. Thanks for your support!
Np man, Thanks for the Entertainment, Take it easy!
in michigan gas is 2.30-2.40 range, and we actually have good gas unlikes Californias
didn't Kno you've been to Missouri. I love 10 minutes from whiteman
Great video so far
Me personally I would have just cut the Bob wire and went around it maybe put it back up
