Try everything haha! Oyster omelette? Desserts I love tofu pudding. I’ll have to try the candied fruit dessert next time I’m in Taiwan. Lianwu is my favorite fruit. I always feel jealous when I see it in a video. No where in the USA do they sell it. Very sad.
Perhaps you can ask your viewers what/where the "must try" food / stalls / vendors are in each night market in advance so that you would feel less overwhelmed with the varieties?! Each night market has those.
