Have you ever been to Taichung or planning to go? I couldn’t possibly eat it all in only 2 days but what are some other popular spots and foods you think visitors / foodies must try when visiting? Drop a comment below and share!
Your 48-hour culinary journey through Taichung was both delightful and inspiring! The vibrant night markets, diverse street foods, and your engaging storytelling truly captured the essence of Taiwan's rich food culture. Thank you for sharing this mouthwatering adventure; it's a must-watch for any food enthusiast!
What fantastic introduction! Your enthusiasm for Taichung really shines through. I love how you highlighted not just the popular eats, but also the vibrant street food culture. The chapter breakdown is super helpful for viewers wanting to skip to specific sections. I can't wait to see the Michelin Guide Goose & Duck segment - sounds delicious! Keep sharing your adventures; I’m hooked! 🌟
Hey Jeff! Great job on this video. So fun to see all the street food at the night markets in Asia. Duck noodle soup, ice cream, boba, chicken cutlet, duck burrito, mushrooms, yummy!
Thank you! I did a poor job of vlogging when I was eating the duck noodle soup so unfortunately the footage was unusable. Take my word for it in that it was delicious 🤣
I'm visiting Taichung for a day and could not choose between Yi Zhong and Feng Chia. Yi Zhong is much more accessible from the Center but Feng Chia appears to be larger in scale. Which one in your opinion is the better option if we're only going there to explore the food? :)
@@earthtonikka for me if I had to choose between either one as a visitor, I think Feng Chia hands down had much more options and the overall experience was a bit more grand than Yi Zhong. Hope this helps? Enjoy your visit!
Thanks for the sub! Unfortunately, chow tau foo won the battle of intimidation this time but some day, I will get a win. What are some top cities you would recommend for foodies to visit in Malaysia?
@@brylieve you’re welcome and thanks for watching. We actually used both for transport as well as the bus a couple of times with our baby stroller it was no problem but I think taxi and Uber is the most convenient though
This is the most selfish and ignorant thing I have ever heard. If you don't like a country's food, speak for yourself. I live in Taiwan and millions of people come here each year for the food!! Are you from mainland China or something?!

I'm still craving for that plum powder. Can't get it here in Hollland. Used to live in Taichung Dakeng area
Those things are addicting for sure at the night markets! Thanks for watching and I hope you get to make it back out to Taichung / Taiwan soon
I hope to have a chance to try some food in Taiwan.

逢甲夜市 (Feng Chia NM)’s stinky tofu is legendary
I still really need to try this!
Thanks for sharing your experience! Will be visiting with my wife and infant in December! Did you get around town with a cab or Uber?

May I know when you visited Taichung? And thank you for this informative video.
Yes we visited during the month of October. The weather was quite hot and humid still to my surprise. Hope this helps!

Spectacular architecture! Definitely worth Instagramming 😎
I'm tired of people pretending Taiwanese food is good, it's definitely not.
