Pleasantly surprised is an understatement--I was blown away by its smoothness and efficiency. I also have the Oneblade Genesis, and while their construction may be superior, the shave is not. This Broman is going to be my new favorite for rushed mornings. I'll still keep my collection of DE safeties (and perhaps the Oneblade), but they're going to see a lot less use. Not bad for under $55 USD shipped. Being able to use the vast selection of cheap DE blades is an added bonus. It is a potential "cartridge killer" in my opinion if the masses would give it a go.
Tried the OneBlade - for some reason my face doesn't like a floating blade in the head. The Broman is a good transition from the multi-blade I'm using. I'm ordering one of these. $52. bucks dlvd. How bad can it be? Thanks, Ken

I don't like these other single edge razors that take other than DE blades, I just like to bin the blade after every use, just the Feather de blades I tend to get 4-6 uses. Broman Razor seems really comfortable shaves. I was looking at the RazoRock Hawk I think but now seen this I might get this, just seems so comfortable..
Cool razor Ken. Looks very user friendly and comfortable to use too. Eternity is my go to cologne as well as Sauvage. Hope you feel better soon. I use Claritin D almost daily for sinus pain relief.
I bought one on the strength of your video and have used it 3 times as of the am. Twice with the enclosed "half" blade and this morning with half of a Feather. My shave, with the Feather, is almost a BBS. The razor, in my hands at least" almost feels as if there is "NO" blade. I find myself having to actually apply a bit of pressure to get a close shave. i may get a true BBS with more practice or perhaps a different blade. A bit counter-intuitive after years of DE shaving but it doesn't seem to shave otherwise. Perhaps it's just me but it makes my Feather AS-D2 feel aggressive in comparison. It would probably be a good "transition" razor from cartridge razors if it were only a bit cheaper. ($19.95 for the RazoRock kit in your last video is unbeatable.)

Looks like the perfect leg shaver for the wife and no need for those expensive single edge feather blades. If they market this to the sustainability market like the leaf razor it will do well. The leaf is too finicky.
No for me at this point in my wet shaving experience, but I like the trend of getting potential shavers away from the multi blade pivoting head razors to this style. I suffer from allergies as well, so I feel your pain. The struggle is real. 🤧

Dana Emans The saloon packs from India are from a different plant. I find them very smooth and sharp. Similar ones are made in China but I prefer the ones from India

Ken, as you know by now, Broman has not been delivering preorders for many months now, or offering any way to order their product (their website just says, "Currently Out of Stock"). They blame the coronavirus, but I think they just underestimated world demand for their product. I retired my one blade to the circle bin in my bathroom, the garbage bin! Bad shave and proprietary blades are not worth the expense or experience
At least one blade has stock, I’d buy a broman at msrp but not at eBay markup price at the moment, I’ll stick with my leaf twig for now

Ken, as you know by now, Broman has not been delivering preorders for many months now, or offering any way to order their product (their website just says, "Currently Out of Stock"). They blame the coronavirus, but I think they just underestimated world demand for their product.
