Only the giant farms have any affect on gpu prices, and even then there’s so many more factors that have just as big of an impact on the current market. I’m really happy you are including this info in your video. Every single person with a gpu should be mining to help support the network and end up with a free computer!

Your a bit late to the game for recommending GPU mining other channels such as Tech Deals have been recommending it since febuary but glad to see that you are thinking straight.
Personal GPU mining does not effect GPU prices, People are literally leaving hunderads or even thousands of dollars just siting there for the taking because they think they are doing good to not mine. personally I have been mining since march and have made about $1200 USD from my 3080.

I'm using my 6600 XT to mine and it does a decent chunk of money, I can basically pay my full electricity bill which is not bad. I honestly mine with all almost all day except when I'm not home which is when I turn it off, but people must understand that minning isn't bad for your graphics card or anything like that, think about it this way, when you play and do nothing, your gpu goes from 30 c to 75 c out of the blue, while minning it will sit at a constant 55-60 c. The soldering will be more stable and durable if it's at a constant temperature, so yeah, if you can mine, go for it. You already have the GPU anyway. The problem with minning is people who have 20+ gpus just minning in a few rigs, those are the ones that contribute to some of the shortages that we currently have, not your average gamer.
