I have one and recently returned the other on. They both have the same issue. They get stuck in self clean mode and then you can’t use it anymore. The first one I had for a month. The second one I had for 6 weeks before it broke. I will never purchase another Hoover product.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm really sorry that was what happened. I have not had that experience yet but I'll use mine and see if I can get it to fail .

Hey, why are the lights blinking at first? What did you do to avoid that?
