I had already addressed the "video cut" issue in my Community Post way before Kashish started posting Reels on me. This was done to maintain transparency with all of you. Unfortunately, this is now being misrepresented and framed with a manipulative intent. Fitness Influencers these days have a bright Future in Politics.

True bro, I can relate with it through deadlift. When i started doing deadlift, even doing 1 rep of 90 kg with perfect form was difficult. back was rounding and all. Instead of just criticizing the exercise I worked on my body and now can do 10 reps of 130 without back bending or improper form. Yeah, you need right people to observe you and educate you. So they can tell if if you are bending, not proper range of motion, etc.

Same thing happened to me ! I was doing a deadlift at 130 kg with rounded back then a fellow person pointed out my mistake and after that I tried to lift 100 kg with proper form and It was difficult as hell .. so now I again started with 60kg and proper form and will increase weight gradually. It's only been 3 months since I joined the gym now my Target is to achieve a 150 kg deadlift in the next four months in proper form.

I want to say something. I followed this controversy b/w Kashish and other TH-camrs and liked Kashish opinion but when i saw Jeremy's video I continued the barbell rows in my plan and the results are amazing . Maybe because i have good stability over the exercise.

I hate this trend of shitting on old school movement. My 5 day training program revolves around the 5 compounds i.e. Bench, Squat, Bent Rows, OHP, Deadlift and i have seen significant improvement both in numbers and musculature of my back for last year. Also funnily enough my bent rows carried over to my deadlifts. Aur yahan pe ye bhai sahab bol rhe hai ki bent over row krna worth nhi. Thanks to you for keeping it real. Guys, main 27 years se train kar raha hun aur maine exercise science ko aur khaas taur pe bodybuilding ko evolve hote hue dekha hai. I am also a big fan of biomechanics and agree with Kashish most of the times. But, I feel, and this is based on my experience, Kashish bahot baar cheezo ko exaggerate karta hai. Yaar aap itne kamzor nahin ho. Human body utni nazuk nahi hai jitna aap sochte ho. Aap saare compound movements karna chod do aapki marzi but compound lifts strength aur intramuscular coordination badhane mein helpful hai. Jitne bhi strength athletes hain woh yeh lifts karte hain. So, don't be a pussy. Try these movements and train yourself to do them correctly. Eventually aapko pasand nahi aate toh na karo. But just don't believe someone blindly.

The question is not if barbell row is good or not.
The question is can you fit this exercise in your workout program?
You can't do 2 or more lower back exercises on the same day because the second exercise is going to suffer.
BB row, Squats, RDL and Deadlift can not be done on the same day, unless you like to undertrain.
    2nd thing
BB row is hard for new people to do. They need to strengthen their lower back 1st. But even after that, one day Barbell will get too heavy for them.
I personally think one arm row or any kind of chest-supported row is superior if the goal is to train lats without getting tired.
in older times people use barbell because they didn't have any machines. Now you people can use machines. Most of the barbell exercises are inferior now.

Yes ustad ji agree with ur point...kami sb m hoti h or unko thik kia ja skta h ...bt ustadji in my opinion kasish is right here ...bcz our goal is to train lats ...bt in barbell rawing ...our half energy is loose to maintain tha posture...and if we increasing weight then its too hard to make proper posture and train ur lats muscle...so barbell rawing is not that efficient for lats..

Conclusion: Barbell row is ineffective in compared to other chest supported exercises for hypertrophy. But can be done for spinal erectors. But if you are doing Squats and deadlifts, which I think most of the people do, then you don't even need to do it for spinal erectors. So I think Kashish Gupta's advice is still more relevant.

    • @tejasvanegi2352
      @tejasvanegi2352 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ghanta relevant hai kashish
tu bhi apne influencer ki tarah misinterpret kr rha h ustaad ki baaton ka conclusion
Phli baat barbell row ineffective nhi h infact zyada effective hai comparitively agar tumhe muscles devlop krni h all around the back and lower body bas risk of injury is higher (but proportional to your amount of negligence)
Secondly squats and deadlifts are those exercise which majorly focused on lower body voh utna acche se spinal erectors ko target nhi krte
Barbell rows krne se central nervous system bhi zyada activate hota h jisee or compoud movements ki bhi lifts bad jaati h
And last but not least kashish kahin se bhi relevant nhi sound kiya pichle 3 mahino se bkwaas kr rha h bs controversy krke fame chah rha h m phle jb tk voh correction videos bnata tha or relevant hoti thi use tb regularly follow krta tha ab voh bs hug rha h jb tune kashish ka naam nhi suna hoga tbse use follow krta hun
Ab voh sirf ek hi kaam kr rha h apni technical superiority ka show off krke dusre influencers ko neecha dikhana

@@tejasvanegi2352 To your first part.... even after being a fan of Ustaad you somehow missed his point. Bodybuilding is subjective. He literally said this line. If barbell row is working for you doesnt mean it will work for all people. For me it didnt work even though I could bend to exact 90 degree but somehow couldnt see any back development with it then shifted to chest supported exercises.
to your 2nd part...both deadlift and free squats engage your core. If you are not feeling it may be you should try to increase the weight little bit. Deadlift is literally the heavier version of barbell row (even ustaad said the same in this video) so if you are not feeling your lower back then you are doing something wrong.
To your last part, yes he is diverting topic to get more attention...infact his recent sort to this video is proof of that.
