I used to record my own voice while self talking to see how much i have improved, how much time did i take to form a sentence. After that i analysed my way of talking, how i form sentences and what words i used. This way i improved my vocabulary too by replacing the words after listening to my own voice recorder.

Absolutely right method to treat mind, people will have to do just practice on and on, I'm focusing one more thing about being habitual and deliver to fast your thoughts that "make a chart of tense with module" and speak at least 5 time a day with imagination particular with tense or time when you practicing. It will increase speed and that is my experience which I shared. I would like to request that make more video if you have more & deep detailed suggestions.
