Stiles mom isn't real. I am betting she is a shade or something sinister that the Ghost Riders have stuck there so that Sheriff won't even try to remember his son. I mean just look at the pack, they are literally searching everywhere for someone they don't know, why isn't the Sheriff? He should be the main one looking for something that isn't there, yet he isn't and it's because of this woman (Claudia), they stuck her there as some sort of block...
I love how bekka had to scream during the I THINK I LOVED HIM and Brittany had to do her sinking into the cushion style and sobbing!! 😂😂👏👏 and Alex is all like oh shit no they're gonna freak out and I'm just over here off the camera
At the end of this (and many episodes of the last 2 seasons) I said out loud, "Man, I LOVE this show," or "There's only one thing wrong with this show...not long enough."

There was a fan theory forever ago (in season 2 before we even knew about dementia) that Stiles "pulled the plug" at her request or helped her die in some way when she was fading. Assisting her suicide basically. I wonder if that will be what they go with. Since there must be something that led to Stiles' existence causing her death. I've seen others say that maybe the pregnancy had something to do with it, since there are studies that pregnancy is linked to an increased risk of dementia later in life. But it isn't exactly hard science since it hasn't been replicated. Plus it wouldn't be casual. But this is a tv-show that uses "tv science logic".
As cool as it would be to have Stiles name actually be mischief, it can't work. They made such a big deal all five seasons so far about it being hard to pronounce it would be a build up to nothing. Maybe mischief is hinting to his real name somehow, I just don't know what or how :/
Brittany Carrillo Youre right I just read an article that it is supposed to be a Hint on Stiles' s real name. And I was surprised that it was already in this episode... because for example I didnt expect that Stiles is erased from reality in the first Episode

Think it's more because he was used to living with someone. If they'd just made him alone, he'd have gotten suspicious.
