So we’re taking scissors and snipping out all of the Psalms that involve easing the troubles of the person singing the psalm, including many of if not all of David’s. People are so much “holier” today than those we read about in scripture. It amazes me.

      @@slk8674 👋 Hi
No we definitely don't take away from God's Holy scriptures. My understanding is that worship is one part of our communication with God. Jesus taught the disciples to pray commencing with worship, then moving onto other aspects of prayer & praise. Worship is for God alone but other aspects (giving thanks, asking forgiveness) are to God, but also to others. It is just worship that is to God alone. We are actually told to confess our sins to one another. The lesson I am getting out of this video is "Don't be deceived, mistaking other communication with God as worship when it is not. Worship God first & foremost then move to other things 🙏 ".

@@wendylang2360 Thank you! I appreciate someone gets it. As far as this video, he’s seeding some things and leaving people (as seen in the comments) to become false witnesses against the Body of Christ and the way we seek after God. And I believe me bringing my “me stuff” to God is still worshiping God. I could bring it to secular radio, to the club, to my friends. But I bring it to Him and He loves that I keep coming back to Him with everything. This video is teaching partitions between us and our Heavenly Father in other areas of our lives. He deserves to be part of every single aspect of this human experience He’s given to me. Without ceasing. I believe your takeaway is from Godly wisdom that you’ve received through hard-fought seeking, and not this video.

Authority comes from Christ. I believe this to be true that we can speak the goodness of God, we can speak God's word and when it aligns with the Father's will- miracles can and do happen! Our words create because we are not only made in the image of God, but, Christ himself tells us that he has given us authority to do works even greater. Check out the gospel of Mark. Science even proves this to be true- see the work of Masaru Emoto- The Hidden Messages in Water. I completely disagree with this guy's criticisms of this particular song and lyrics. Satan wants God's children to believe we have no authority as such we are weak and powerless- just where he wants us.

Too Good to Not Believe is a song written so ppl will be reminded of the things that God's done in their lives. Have the song writers themselves seen cancer disappear? Seen bodies healed? Mental health restored? Real life resurrection? I don't know but I can tell you that I have and when I sing those words they mean something to me. They remind me of the goodness of God and they encourage others to seek God.
I'm a very affectionate father towards my kids, something I didn't have growing up. My kids will just come and lay in my lap or lay in my arms just out of nowhere and for no reason and I'll hold them. I didn't have that growing up and to think that I have a Father that I can be that way with isn't "uncomfortable" or off-putting, it's wonderful.
"Lean back in the loving arms of a beautiful father
Breath deep and know that he is good, he's a love like no other"
For the most part, the only thing I agreed with in this whole video was when you were reading from the word. And I'll agree with you that there are some very shaky "christian" songs when it comes to biblical foundation, but you didn't mention any of them here. I mean you quoted the bridge of Champion but neglected the God-centered chorus:
    "YOU are my Champion
Giants fall when YOU stand undefeated, every battle YOU'VE won.
I am who YOU say I am
    YOU crown me with confidence
I am seated in the heavenly place
Undefeated with the One who has conquered it all"
See how the first half of the chorus sets up who God is and then who we are in him. Again, this is how we are reminded of WHO God is in our lives and then WHO we are in Him. Humans have a very short memory and no matter what God has does for us in our lives, we tend to forget that the next time something comes along that rattles us. That's why we write songs like these to say God is all these things. Because He is and because of what He's promised, we know that we are what He's said we are and we have what He's said we have. It's not man-centered. If my kid comes to me and says "daddy will you spend time me? I want to play with you." Is he being self-centered? "Dad I feel great when we play together!" Is that self-centeredness. When my kids say things like that to me, I feel elated. When my wife says to me, "I'm so glad I married you" I don't think of that as being a "she-centered" comment. I love it. When we say, "God, I love being in your presence. Your presence changes me. Your presence makes my calms my chaos. I need you. I want to spend more time with you." I don't think God says, "Jeez what a self-centered person they are". I think He loves it.
I'm not trying to be confrontational here but I think you're missing it.

They practice necromancy, laying on graves to invoke spirit, Kundalini seizures, trying to raise the dead in the power of demons (BethHell). BethHELL's avatar is the Norse horned god which has alwasy and still is a symbol for SATAN. Santa AKA Satan and his reindeer/horned gods come to your fireplace (hell) and give your coal (brimstone). Wake up! The words of that song are SATANIC Manifestation, not a miracle of Jesus. I used to be in the occult so easily recognize the occult. Go check out the words of Too good to not believe: "Of that precious boy who we sung over
      This precious girl sung over
And this boy comes back to life
He was breathless, now he's back to life
He's living, he's breathing, because of resurrection power" Notice it doesn't say because of Jesus. now go duckduckgo search up this Satanic crap they tried to pull with supposedly resurrecting a child from the dead. That Bethhellhole place of demons is full of Kundalini seizure, weird sex stuff, demonic spirits.

As someone who leads worship regularly at church, I really appreciate Allen’s emphasis on the necessity of the local church singing God-centered songs. Matt Redman talks about the importance of both songs that teach who God is as well as response songs. I think it’s healthy to start with songs that focus on teaching theology and then give people an opportunity to respond with songs of personal expressions of praise. The importance is having a balance; theologically weighty enough for people to learn who God is and what He’s done, but also personal enough that it’s not just head knowledge and people can worship God from the heart.

This is very true... I am not a worship leader, but I am a worshipper... while I do believe the church as a whole does need to focus on worshipping Jesus alone, the Bible also says that David encouraged himself... how? He remembered the promises... someone in the comments said some songs aren't "congregational," which at first I thought was a valid point. HOWEVER, the church building is open to ALL people. Some don't have quiet time with the Lord... some are struggling when they walk into the sanctuary... they need encouragement and don't know how to do it themselves. So yes, while worship IS to Jesus, I believe the mature church should be doing this during the week in our quiet place... as worship leaders, I believe they are put on a platform to minister to the people, as unto God. The same as pastors, teachers, prophets, etc... their gifts are for the edification of the PEOPLE. Again, don't misunderstand what I am trying to say. I am by no means saying worship is for the people... please understand my heart. If the leaders do not show them HOW to worship, then how will they know? In my earlier years of struggling, so many times all it took was a song that expressed God's love for ME and how He sees ME that would cause me to break down and ultimately open my heart to the Lord... and THEN there came the grateful heart for all that He is, which lead to a heart of worship. So... again, I do agree there should be a balance; perhaps more leaning towards exclusive worship and some of promises and declarations... just my thoughts.

I pray that anyone who watches this video. Please for yourself, go and read the book of psalms. Many of these songs are 100% okay to sing and worship. The Lord absolutely wants you to lay in his arms, because we are his children and he is a good father. It is a beautiful thing to thank God and sing his praises and if your body was healed by cancer, or your business has seen increase because of the faithfulness you have shown by obeying God it is okay to turn your testimony into a song of worship that will inspire others! Half of the book of Psalms exemplifies this! Yes when I open my mouth, miracles do happen because I was made in God’s image and after his likeness and as Christian’s we DO have the power to heal others and have the faith that legs can walk, the blind can see and till this very day… seas can be split into two in order for generations to walk through it. This is the lyric for too good to not believe
I've lived stories that have proved Your faithfulness
I've seen miracles my mind can't comprehend
And there is beauty in what I can't understand
Jesus, it's You, Jesus, it's You
    I believe
    You're the wonder-working God
    You're the wonder-working God
    All the miracles I've seen

And You heal because You love
    Oh, the miracles we'll see
You're too good to not believe
Too good to not believe, too good to not believe
And I can't resurrect a man with my own hands
But just the mention of Your name can raise the dead

I’ve seen healings and have been healed myself. As a Christian have you not? Definitely seen half of these things in my life.
I’ve seen a lifetime smoking addiction healed in my friend.
I’ve seen my own depression and insomnia and thus my own family healed by God miraculously. So “troubled souls redeemed and families reunited” , yes.
My own cousin in Singapore was miraculously saved from a car accident - while crossing the road he was about to be hit by a car - and he was miraculously transported to the pathway - both him and the driver were astounded.
A pastor I knew well in India - cast a demon out of a child who was possessed. When he demon left - it smashed the heavy metal gate outside the house and left a claw like mark on the door.
As for cancer, there are many personal testimonies of cancer healed in word of faith churches - And it’s not just in deliverance ministry or word of faith churches. Plenty of people in Pentecostal churches and more open Baptist churches experience healing.
It’s just that healing isn’t always for us and not necessarily for every believer.
We have limited view of things in light of Gods greater purpose. So we accept that if healing doesn’t come - or is delayed- God has a higher reason for it.
I lived through many years of depression first before God healed me - and that was for a very specific reason - so I would understand that everything the world has to offer won’t fix the problem and that he needed to teach me compassion for others - And that he is above all things and that I needed to truly understand him and rely on him.
It finally healing came at the planet shakers conference - very much a Pentecostal setting that was the catalyst for god doing his miraculous work in my life - although it was all part of his plan :)

Not a newly created device the scribes and pharahsee's put into scripture removing the key to salvation, playing gate keeper. We were told! We were warned. It is written! Search up "profane my **-holy-** name" and apply this truth Yahusha brought forth to you and you will see THAT WE HAVE PROFANED AND FORGOTTEN His name for our own names. There is nothing new under the sun! Generational curses "Because your father's fathers have forgotten my name and have called me by names of ba'al(lord=ba'al)." Why was the name Yahuah taken out of the scriptures over 7000x?
It’s simple- so that you wouldn’t know it.
For “everyone who calls on the Name of יהוה shall be saved.”
      Romiyim (Romans)‬ 10:13‬‬
‘And it shall be that everyone who calls on the Name of יהוה shall be saved.’
      Ma`asei (Acts)‬ 2:21‬‬
Pour out Your wrath on the nations Who have not known You, And on reigns that have not called on Your Name.
      Tehillim (Psalms)‬ 79:6‬‬
Help us, O Elohim of our deliverance, For the sake of the esteem of Your Name. And deliver us, and cover over our sins, For Your Name’s sake!
      Tehillim (Psalms)‬ 79:9‬‬
I can keep posting scripture about how Important Yahuah and Yahusha Ha Mashiac name is. you see those who don’t call a this name is cursed, those who call there is salvation and deliverance and blessings.
      Name in Hebrew is
shêm, shame; a primitive word [perhaps rather from H7760 through the idea of definite and conspicuous position; compare H8064]; an appellation, as a mark or memorial of individuality; by implication honor, authority, character:-+ base, (in-) fame(-ous), named(-d), renown, report.
a name is a Mark, authority, and character of a person. The reason this is important because Yahuahs name encompasses his whole character through the scriptures. And a different name encompasses another character. Another Mark if you will.
lord, god and jesus are not innocent translations.
in TS 2009 ISR explanatory notes it explains
making these changes transgresses the command not to bring Yahuahs name to naught, and not to add to the Word, and not to have another mighty one against Yahuahs face.
-the name lord can be traced to the Roman house-diety , and further back to the name of an Etruscan sovereign, Larth. In antiquity sovereigns were
-the name god developed from a Germanic god wodenaz-gudenaz-guden-god.
-the name jesus can be traced to the diety of healing in Greek culture. iasous a female healing diety.
look at the scripture below the Greeks likened there deity’s to the Hebrews when they saw the power at work.
And when the crowds saw what Sha’ul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in Lukaonian, “The mighty ones have become like men and come down to us!” And they called Barnaḇa Zeus, and Sha’ul Hermes, since he was the chief speaker. And the priest of Zeus, being in front of their city, brought oxen and wreaths to the gates, and wished to offer with the crowds. And when the emissaries Barnaḇa and Sha’ul heard this, they tore their garments and ran in among the crowd, crying out

Praying to dead people and worshiping idols and worshiping human beings like Mary before even worshiping Jesus are dangerous practices. Having some one else do our repenting for us and confessing to a human being and not God of our sins is dangerous. Thinking specific prayers or readings are required to be forgiven for our sins is unbiblical also. Confession keeps us from repenting to God ourselves and prevents us from being humbled before God. What is scary is that Satan mixes truth with out right lies that will try to confuse Christians and unbelievers alike. I even told my band that we have to be careful what songs we use to bring people to Christ. I'm glad you put this together because people HAVE to pay attention to everything, not even just songs. Know the weapons Satan uses so you can fight him. Great video! You are great Reverend Parr. I hope more and more people listen to you. Our Christian band's focus is God, and we have the spirit as well. Residents at work who are believers tell me that I have the spirit. I tell them Jesus Christ is the one I'm glorifying. I don't want any glory. I want to give it to God.

The moment I realized songs are songs and It’s only through your heart that a song can draw you to Worship made it a lot easier for me to choose the Christian music I listen to. I used to be worried about listening to certain artists and songs, but music is music, it’s just a tool that can be used to draw you to worship the Lord

Exactly. It’s a tool to get us into a place of positioning our hearts to pour out and receive love from our God. We don’t need to over analyze it. If the song helps you get in His presence, GREAT. If a particular song doesn’t, GREAT, listen to a different one that does.

One could just as easily say fruit is fruit. What's the big deal about not eating from that particular tree. Every thing has a source and that source is either light or darkness. Music is not just music. Think again. Some music are God inspired and some are not. I hardly believe if you are a christian you'd be listening to heavy metal for example because it obviously is not God inspired. The mistake that many make however which is what Allen is alluding to is that one has to discern. Just because the music sounds good and the lyrics might be catchy doesn't mean it is inspired music. The devil is smarter than most of us think.

Petra sang many God-centered songs in the seventies and eighties. Bob Hartman wrote one great song after another and many of the lines rhymed. I am happy to say that there are still great songs being created that focus on Who God is and what He does or has done. 🙏 Lord, give us the wisdom to listen to music that focuses on You and not us. When I hear the words "When I open up my mouth, miracles start breaking out". The first thing I think of is that I am never witnessing in my own power, and when I lay hands on somebody, it is not in my own power. I am simply following Jesus and making myself available for Him to work through me. If a person is to get saved by accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that is a miracle, but it was not in my power, I just made myself available for Jesus to use me where for what he wants to accomplish. Whether it is just showing somebody the Love of Jesus, witnessing, teaching, or calling for healing (spiritual, or physical) it has nothing to do with me and everything to do with God. I don't even want anybody to thank me for anything that Jesus does, I just want to follow what my Lord has commanded of me. To go out into the world spreading the Good News. Matthew 28:19-20 / Acts 13:47 / John 20:21 / Matthew 10:8 So when I hear "When I open up my mouth, miracles start breaking out" is often seen, but not in my power and I want no credit. It is my way of showing Jesus that He is my Lord, by following what he says to do. How can we prove we love Jesus, trust in Him, believe in Him, have faith in Him? By obeying Him. If the writers of the song were trying to get me to follow a false teaching, then it will not work with that verse on me, because I understand it to mean that when I obey Jesus miracles can happen. When we as a nation call Jesus our Lord, then we can receive His blessings and miracles will happen.
It is a little concerning that you are uncomfortable with asking to be closer with Jesus. I do not hear them saying "Jesus is my boyfriend". Those are your words and thoughts when you hear those words, but those are not the words they say in the song. To be closer with Him and to spend time with Him should be desired. To claim and tell others that you fear this kind of talk is a bit concerning. It appears as though you are looking through the lens of this world, instead of seeing it through the eyes of God. The more time we spend with somebody and the closer we are to them, then we will see their heart better and who they truly are. If you want to know God's heart better, then spend more time with Him and seek a closer relationship. Don't try and perverse these things in your mind (or put those thoughts into new Christians minds).

This verse proclaims that God will still provide peace even in our greatest turmoils (again, people ought to glorify His name for this peace that surpasses all human understanding during life's troubles)

The problem is that a lot really a lot of people take the Bible and worship songs to literally. It's not about the words, it's not about the songs, it's not about the feeling. It's all about Your heart connecting to Him. Every song that cries out to Him glorifies Him, I think God doesn't nick pick on a few words AND theologies that are 'wrong'. God is greater than that. He doesn't require perfect sacrifices, He only wants a whole heart.

I believe the key is Word aligned music:
The song below may seem man centered but this song is a prayer just like Closer by Bethel music. Others may be proclamation or testimonies. But most importantly does it align with God's Word, who He is to me or who I am in Him.
1 I am Thine, O Lord, I have heard Thy voice,
    And it told Thy love to me;
But I long to rise in the arms of faith,
And be closer drawn to Thee.
    Refrain:
Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer, blessed Lord,
    To the cross where Thou hast died;
Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer, blessed Lord,
    To Thy precious, bleeding side.
2 Consecrate me now to Thy service, Lord,
    By the pow’r of grace divine;
Let my soul look up with a steadfast hope,
And my will be lost in Thine. [Refrain]
3 Oh, the pure delight of a single hour
That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, my God,
I commune as friend with friend! [Refrain]
4 There are depths of love that I cannot know
    Till I cross the narrow sea;
There are heights of joy that I may not reach
Till I rest in peace with Thee. [Refrain]
God bless you all in Jesus' Name

16:00 - If the author is worried about a lot of "me" and "I" in worship, he should be very worried about the psalms. "The lord is "my" shepherd "I" shall not be in want. He makes "me" lie down in green pastures, He leeds "me" besides quite waters, He restores "my" soul...... The me and I are not about man centredness but about personal relationship, personal encounter, personal experience.

My take is that the defining issue is whether we're talking about personally receiving ( i.e., " my shepherd"), as opposed to " I feel this way". The first is biblically true ( a product of God's statements, the second is the expression of a human opinion. The first is always sound, the second will change ( and even reverse )- not sound to teach in a song.

You already have the Spirit of God within you as a Child of God. Many people argue this, but refer to John 14:26-31. He is already with you. Many confuse being "filled" with the Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. This was mentioned maybe 4 times in the book of Acts, when Paul placed his hands on the Ephesian elders, as the Holy Spirit came on them and they spoke in tongues, while others prophesied. However Paul exhorted, in 1 Corinthians 14:5 that "it is better to prophesy than to speak in tongues" He also added that tongues were for the edifying of the Church, WITH interpretation.
ALL the Gifts of the Spirit are available to you. I suggest you take a good look at Paul's writings.😀

If you have discernment its also clear to grasp that Champion is for those who abide in God and the holy spirit and cling to allowing God to work in our lives. Because we don't have to accept what the world imposes on us, like depression, do we not then as children of God who are supposed to have a relationship with God have the authority to say "I declare in Jesus name, healing from depression, which is not of God, but is a lie from the enemy".

    • @TheSweetSerenity7
      @TheSweetSerenity7 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@IzzyNChrist No that's very shallow thinking, while yes people can use it incorrectly, and there are people who do not know how to pray, there is precedence for it, just look at Isaiah 12:4, when used correctly "we declare" is about asserting God's power and dominion, in faith, making it heard that you recognize and call on that authority above anything else, especially when the enemy attacks, declaration is found in the Bible, and using it in prayer is often done along with rebuke of demonic presence, declaring God's plan God's will, God's power, God's purpose, God's sovereignty, not telling God what to do, but establishing a verbal acknowledgement of who God is and that you regard God as the one in control of everything.

    • @IzzyNChrist
      @IzzyNChrist 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@TheSweetSerenity7 The word "declare" or "proclaim" are not being used in the same context of claiming a prayer request being answered.
"And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted."
this verse just means to make his name known for the good he has done.

For example: when I want to worship or give thanks to the father, and I am about to say something good about him, so real (or so I thought)but I haven't experienced or heard it or come across it,, I give myself a breka and say to myself "hey, be careful, just say those things you know and have heard about him and you're good to go"...
Another example: I might be tempted to say, "the ocean drying God" but brethren??? Ocean?? Yeah, I know,, he has the power and can do even more but,,, hey, just keep to the "mountain moving", "sea divider", "fire commanding God" just like we have seen and heard and I pray God answers our truthful prayers and worships ❤❤

THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "is a great last day that He will save man"

I will make everyone know that I Am not only the God of users, but also the God of the nations of the Gentiles, even My cursed: I will let all people see that I Am the God of entire creation. I have revealed to man all My mysteries that have been hidden over 5900 years. Who is Jehovah? Who is Messiah? Who is Jesus? Dear brothers and sister, what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for God to appear?)
      Almighty God said
ALL PEOPLE are ASSOCIATED with a PURPOSE of My WORK on EARTH, that is, the ULTIMATE purpose of My WORK and what LEVEL I must ACHIEVE in this WORK BEFORE it CAN be COMPLETED. When they HAVE BEEN with Me to this DAY, PEOPLE STILL do not RELATE what My WORK is ABOUT, OTHERWISE YOU are MEANINGLESS for them to BE WITH ME?
PEOPLE who FOLLOW Me CAN KNOW My WILL. 🙏
I HAVE been DOING My WORK in the WORLD for THOUSANDS of YEARS, and TO this DAY I Am STILL DOING My WORK for it. ALTHOUGH there are MANY EXTRAORDINARY things INCLUDED in My WORK, the PURPOSE of this WORK has not been ACCEPTED to CHANGE, just as an EXAMPLE even though I AM FULL of JUDGMENT and PUNISHMENT of MAN, I Am DOING for the SAKE of the BETTER CARRYING out My TRANSFORMATION and FURTHER EXPANDING My WORK to ALL the GENTILE NATIONS, when have ONE PERSON is FULLY made.
So NOW, at a TIME when MANY PEOPLE have LONG BEEN GREATLY DISAPPOINTED in their HOPES that I Am STILL CONTINUING in My WORK, CONTINUING in My WORK that I MUST do JUDGE and PUNISH the MAN. ☀️
Despite the fact that man is not told what I say and despite the fact that he has no desire to devote Myself to My work, I Am still CARRYING out My DUTY, COMMUNICATING the PURPOSE of My UNFINISHED WORK that will change and My original plan will not be destroyed.
The DUTY of My JUDGMENT WILL ENABLE the PERSON to be GOOD and FOLLOW Me, and the DUTY of My PUNISHMENT WILL ENABLE the PERSON to CHANGE more EFFECTIVELY. ☀️
Although I do what I do for the sake of My rule, I do not get a little thing that has become useless to man.
That's because I WANTED to MAKE ALL the COUNTRIES OUTSIDE of ISRAEL as OBEDIENT as the USERS, and MAKE them REAL PEOPLE so that I COULD MAKE LANDS OUTSIDE ISRAEL. This is My GOVERNMENT, 'This is the WORK I DO in the GENTILE COUNTRIES.
Even today, many people are still not associated with My rule, because they have no interest in these things, but only care about their own futures and destinies.
NO MATTER WHAT I SAY, PEOPLE STILL DON'T CARE ABOUT the WORK I DO, INSTEAD of just, just FOCUSING on their END in this WAY, HOW to EXPAND My WORK in the FUTURE.
HOW CAN I REPORT My REPORT to the WORLD?
YOU SHOULD KNOW, that WHEN My WORK EXPANDS, I WILL SPREAD YOU, and I WILL DESTROY YOU, just as JEHOVAH DESTROYED a TRIBE of ISRAEL. ☀️
All this will be used for My use throughout the world, and SPREAD My WORK AMONG the GENTILE NATIONS, so that My NAME may BE GLORIFIED by BOTH OLD and CHILDREN, and My HOLY NAME be GLORIFIED by the MOUTHS of PEOPLE from ALL TRIBES and NATIONS.
In this LAST AGE, My NAME WILL be TAKEN to the GENTILE NATIONS, cause the GENTILES to SEE My WORKS, that I use My PROMISE to the ALMIGHTY because of My WORKS, and MAKE IT My WORD may SOON COME TRUE.
I WILL MAKE EVERYONE KNOW that I AM NOT ONLY the GOD of USERS, but ALSO the GOD of ALL the NATIONS of the GENTILES, even My CURSED: I WILL LET ALL PEOPLE SEE that I AM the GOD of ENTIRE CREATION. 🙏
This is My GREATEST WORK, the PURPOSE of My WORK PLAN for the LAST DAYS, and the ONLY WORK that must be FULFILLED in the LAST DAYS. 🙏
The WORK I have MANAGED for THOUSANDS of YEARS is PERFECTLY LIVING in ONLY ONE PERSON in the LAST DAYS. Just NOW I HAVE OPENED the ENTIRE MYSTERY of My MANAGEMENT to MAN.
Man KNOWS the PURPOSE of My WORK and MOREOVER has UNDERSTOOD ALL My MYSTERIES.
And I TOLD the man EVERYTHING about the FATE he was WORRIED ABOUT. I HAVE REVEALED to MAN ALL My MYSTERIES that HAVE BEEN HIDDEN OVER 5900 YEARS. ☀️
      WHO is JEHOVAH?
      WHO is the MESSIAH?
      WHO is JESUS?
YOU SHOULD KNOW ALL THIS. My Work REVOLVES AROUND these NAMES. 💫🙏
      DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?
HOW SHOULD My HOLY NAME be PROCLAIMED?
HOW SHOULD My NAME be MADE of ANY of the NATIONS that CALL ME by ANY of My NAMES?
My work is expanding and I will spread its entirety to any and all nations.
Because My WORK has BEEN DONE on YOU, I WILL DESTROY you 6000 YEARS of GOD'S GOVERNMENT PLAN is NEAR the END, and the GATE of the KINGDOM has BEEN OPENED for ALL THOSE WHO SEEK His REVENUE. 🙏😪
Dear BROTHERS and SISTERS, what are you waiting for?
      WHAT are YOU LOOKING FOR?
ARE YOU WAITING for GOD to APPEAR?
ARE YOU LOOKING for His FOOTSTEPS?
WHAT a LONGING for GOD'S REVELATION!

If those people will not have the help anymore of the emotional piano sound in the background, they will feel nothing and leave the church. Not everyone ofcourse, but many allas.

Another great video as always, I would love to hear your opinion on this though.
I’ve noticed a shift in worship songs today, with older songs like the blood will never lose its power, in Christ alone, nothing but the blood, amazing grace, it’s very clear that these songs are about the God of scripture, but you listen to a lot of worship songs today (not all) sooo much of it is spirit centered. Nothing wrong with a Holy Spirit centered song, but they are soo vague that I could can listen to it from a new age perspective, a gnostic, or eastern mystic and those songs would fit nicely to their beliefs as well. The big one that stands out cause it’s so popular is “Oceans” from Hillsong. I listened to that song as if I was a gnostic worshiping Sophia, and there was no reason the contents of that song wouldn’t fit in that setting. There’s many more songs to this effect.
I can’t help but think that with how much the world is turning to paganism, and spirituality. I hear so many people say I’m spiritual, but not religious. I feel that there is a spirit in the modern church today that is disguising it’s self as the Holy Spirit, and we’re seeing it’s finger prints all over doctrine, and worship.
Following the God of scripture will always lead you to the cross, to the blood, and to repentance in which you’ll become a new creature in Christ, but THE lie of the enemy is “ye shall be as God” which is why you’re seeing this man centered doctrine, and worship.
I would be interested in hearing you address this idea.
    Thanks 🙏🏼

Very true. I have heard testimony of rising Christian artists who say the record labels purposely leave the name of Jesus out of songs especially so the song can be more of a fill in the blank. They present artists with agreements that says they cannot use the name of Jesus in their first 3-5 albums. So, it’s very true. These things are done on purpose. The record labels are demonic!

Brother Allen you have a point. The closer track is basically speaking from a perspective of a person who is hungry for God and wants more of God. Jesus said blessed are those who thirst and hunger for righteousness for they will be satisfied. It's more for people who are broken, and they want God. Just like David said create in me a new heart and renew my spirit. That is because he understood how sinful he is and that only God can make him Holy and acceptable in his presence if he creates and renews his heart. So the closer track to me it's more like a redemption song for God to clean them and make them acceptable in front of him. And most people in the world have hit rock bottom and they think God doesn't want them anymore because of the shame and guilt they have. But when they hear these lyrics the can relate and they can hear and think "wait he/she went through this like me and God accepted him/her after they went back to God? I still have a chance". There right there a soul has been won. However, your point is also valid too.

I also do not object to those lyrics for being too "me centered" because they are about me becoming closer to the God who loves me. In some ways it may not be as edifying as a song specifically about God, but it's still valid I think.

I think for a lot of this context is key. All he really said for “Too good to not believe.” Was that a church that had some false doctrine made it. There is no such thing as a perfect church, we are all trying our best to do what God wants but there is disagreement over it, we are human after all, we are not infallible. Thats why there is such division. As for Champion it did say 2 lines earlier that it was through Jesus that we had the authority, that the miracles are from Christ. Context is key.

  • @asawitswanichalamanda3000

The lessons are good, but your application has crossed the line. In a lot of Psalms, we see "I" being used where Psalmist appreciates what God is able to do, what he did before etc
Let's understand the whole context of songs, not just picking one line or one verse. It's like if I pick one line from your sermon, I will miss the bigger picture.
it's good to analyze everything with the word of GOD, and that includes your sermon as well, like the way the Bereans were doing. Examining the Scriptures to see if what Paul was saying was the truth.
SO MY POINT IS LET'S STUDY THE WORD OF GOD!!! Invest in the word
    Stay blessed!!!

I think that a lot of points were brought up that were great. However when it comes to worship songs and saying "I love you lord, thank you for what you are doing in my life, ive seen your goodness and I want to know you more and more' is giving God the praise. It is you showing your heart to the lord, acknowledging that he is the lord of your life. At 15:40 you kind of did the same thing you were speaking against a little bit which was a little confusing to me. But Yes I also think we need to make sure we are also saying "you are good God, thank you Jesus, Im sorry for my sin, You are righteous" But singing to god that you want to be closer to him- there's nothing wrong with that. Jesus refers to us being the bride and he is the groom which would be an intimate relationship with him. Psalms is a great example. David is constantly saying lord save me, lord I need you, lord you have delivered me, I repent of my sin, deliver me from evil and keep me close to you and point out my sin. he also says God is righteous, God is good, the lord is just. There is a mix in the Bible. While yes sometimes I think there is maybe too much of what the lord has done for me music-We should be praising God for what he as done. We should be singing about the ways hes moved in our lives. We should be confessing our mistakes to Him. there's nothing wrong with it in general as long as it is a proper mix of using personal statements and less personal statements such as "God is good and righteous" and has a heart of praising the lord.

I was thinking the same .... thought of David in Psalms. And was also confused by his position at the same place in the video that you pointed out.
Knowledge of the Word is key in discerning if the lyrics are not of sound theology. I exhort the congregation from the Psalms a lot especially before we get started. David's love for God and his hunger for God's presence is beautiful and always a good starting point when you are encouraging the congregation to engage and connect with God through worship.

Amazing grace how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
    And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
    The hour I first believed
Through many dangers, toils, and snares
    I have already come
This grace that brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home
When we've been here ten thousand years
    Bright, shining as the sun
We've no less days to sing God's praise
    Than when we first begun
Amazing grace how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see
A song that is very much about the author and what god has done for him and very little praise to Him. Kind of goes against the “praising wife” analogy. Intent, perception and meaning are in the beholder. No matter the words they go upward not inward.
