Question i have some growing in my lemon plant pot. I know they are bad for wood structures but are there any other bad things like for the plants they're growing in?
I'm not aware of any problems. They're in my garden and greenhouse, and I figure that they break down organic matter back into soil nutrients, so I leave them alone.
I'm at 6,500 feet and they happily show up. If you have any leaf duff or a greenhouse, take a careful look and you might see them. They're really small
@@annamarijaheltphdherbalist800 I live on the edge of the Pike National Forest. Tons and tons of trees and leaf mulch. Tomorrow I go search!! Thank you so much!
They're so tiny so as to not be worth gathering. The size of my pinkie tip and smaller! There are traditional uses documented but none of the contemporary herbalists I know use them currently....
I found one in my greenhouse in san luis colorado
They seem to like greenhouses : )
