Probably just the audio out of sync - it is unlikely that the gap between the light and the sound is big enough at that distance.

Its actually antilag, its a mechanism for turbocharged cars that pops extra fuel in the exhaust, right before the turbo that ignites keeping the turbo spooling when off the throttle, "essentially"
