- Full tour of Treasure Island, Florida. This video will show you the unique shopping, boating, beaches, parasailing, boardwalk, restaurants, What do houses and condo's currently cost here? The housing market is currently really high but is dropping. Before purchasing or renting property here, let's see what all there is to actually do. Night life in Florida can get a bit wild, so I only show daytime in my videos.

How is your camera stick transparent?
The camera is placed to where the stick is in the blind spot.
Because 360 cameras by their nature have a tiny blind spot created by the width of the camera body with a 180 degree coverage on each side (2 cameras). I hope this is perfectly clear, but I am probably not the best guy to explain.

Thanks! February 21st. I believe. You can bike from their north clear up to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater beach easily from there which will give you a stunning bike ride. The tourist traffic on weekends could be challenging though. I would recommend the Pinellas Trail for biking safely. It's a 75 mile trail that connects a lot of great areas like St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, and the rest of the county.
You DO realize that your entire video, which you referred to as a "Full Tour of Treasure Island" is one place (John's Pass Village), which is in Madeira Beach, not TI, right? Treasure Island is on the other side of the bridge, so you can see a small slice of it in the background.

That’s Great! It’s definitely a gorgeous place. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed it as well. Believe it or not, it was my dream when I first moved here to open a little business out there just staring at the dolphins jumping right in front of my shop on the docks. Long story short, that never happened, but I think I am much freer now being in real estate than what that life would have given me. I recently have been working with more clients in St. Petersburg and will show video of some really cool stuff out there (hopefully this weekend).

Yes Sir, Florida has really changed in the last few years! From when I moved here about 15 years ago, it is pretty much a completely different place.
