Sony A7iii - Low Light Test - Can it handle a room lit just with a candle?

- Last night I tried testing Sony A7iii's low light performance by lighting a room just with a candle.
Lens: Sony 55mm 1.8
Footage: 4k, 25p No PP
LUT appplied
Camera set to manual foucs
PS: There was a display monitor also in the room to monitor the camera footage and so you would see blue light in the room as well at high ISO. - บันเทิง
You just got an overexposed image of a scene lit by a candle without any noise at all. Amazing job, Sony!

is it just me or this is just too good to be true, i dont think a7iii perform this well, this is close to 0 noise, its unbelievable, i really hope the creator isnt lying or tricking ppl.
Hey ..I have been using sony a7iii for some time now and the noise performance is really good, when it was launched the only camera with the similar performance was a7sii.
I recently compared a7iii with a7siii and it's still comparable to some extent but the dual ISO behaviour of a7siii makes it more usable.
About this video, I didn't apply any denoiser and only used a LUT, rest is as mentioned in the description.

Lazy's Channel Music Thanks! I have not used any noise reduction on this clip. Also without the lut I have applied here the footage was even neater :) low light performance seems to be at par with Sony a7s.

Hey.. I didn't do any denoising.. Just a little color correction.
@1:07 6400iso definite noise in the shadows. i think you should have adjusted the aperture/shutter while increasing the iso so we can better see how details and noise are handled in the higher iso instead of simply overexposing the footage.
Sure Ben Cruz ..will make another video with constant exposure to show noise handling.
Title & description don’t match. Is it A7iii or A7ii ? Those 2 cameras use different algorithms. Confusing because A7iiS is supposedly the best version for low light. Please correct either the description or title...

Yes no noise removal..just did some color correction/grade

Aur i used PP2 still format for gug dynamic range without grains
With slog3 on a7iii ..dynamic range is good but in low light ..there is significant noise in the shadows.

Hey..noise is definitely there on high isos but since it is overexposed in this video probably it is difficult to see.
i can say as an a7iii owner this video is a lie or something lol, maybe its because your F1.8 blurs a lot of the noise due to shallow depth of field? i feel there should be more noise
