Poker players have no respect for Dan Bilzerian as a person, but he has no problem throwing money away and then bragging about how much money he threw away and if you're a pro poker player, that's not the kind of person you want to tell to piss off. Doug Polk did a video about him and said that while he's not a BAD poker player, there's no way it's how he makes his living and he sure as hell hasn't won over $100m doing it, especially since, accord to The Hendon Mob database, he's only ever cash in one tournament ever and that was (as of 11/2020) about 11 years ago.
He only plays in private games, there is no incentive to be nice to him if you're never going to play with him. He 100% got that money from his dad's embezzlement, you can show his lawyer that I am personally alleging this.

I know it's close to New York City, so a lot of people don't think that makes sense geographically but the term Upstate isn't really for anyone but people that live in New York City. It's a statement to say, in New York state but not New York City.

@@alaskanbullworm8685 Just, if you ask someone who doesn't live in New York City what Upstate New York is you'll get a completely different answer depending on how high up the state they are. I also live Upstate and the answers you get for what it means it's so incredibly inconsistent. For example, I'm sure you live above the Hudson Valley and that's why you think you are that's Upstate. Come to the Hudson Valley and you'll get a different answer.
That's why it's not a term for us, it's a term to tell people that you don't live in New York City. That's it. New York City people made the term and believe me, anything above New York City is completely indistinguishable to them.
