Hello, thank you for sharing your recipe and the instructions on how to do it. My sister sent me a recipe for stuffed sweet potatoes with turkey and cranberry sauce and this would work perfectly with that! I want to also say Happy Thanksgiving to all of the people who make all of the products we get to use for our preserving and cooking. I am so thankful for all of you! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I canned some organic orange juice last spring, when I was able to find the oranges. It isn't a lot, and we don't drink much of it. But I occasionally need that flavor for baking or marinades. I also dehydrated the peels to use in teas and to make extract, or for baking. I just got the idea this week that maybe I should spread some of that leftover cranberry sauce on my toast of a morning! I did try it swirled in my yogurt once--it was top-notch!
Thank you for showing washing your jars after canning. I see so many people on videos that just wipe them down with a wet cloth. To me, that is a no no and asking for trouble. I wash mine too. Just like a dirty dish. Your eye is healing well. Glad you didn't have any eye damage other than that. Looks like you took a direct hit. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
We just made cranberry jelly 2 days ago. Getting rid of the fine seeds had to use a fine mesh strainer after the food mill. Had to cook it down for awhile until it thickened.
Looks great! I need to check out the sales afterwards and do this. I never thought of canning orange juice. Whenever I do buy it, I hardly ever finish it because I only use it on weekends when I do not work. This would be great to do in smaller jars for future use.
Happy Thanksgiving Constance to you and yours! Just opening some blueberry juice I made for breakfast. My hubby asked me when I was making this! Have to see patients this weekend so will work on this next week. G-d Bless!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. I made your cranberry sauce last year and it was delicious. Can't wait to make more after the holidays and they go on sale. 🤗💓💕💞
Could u possibly show how you make your glazes for meat. I usually just put my jams on top but I bet a glaze would be better. Txs so much Constance. I love ur channel
Love how deep the pot is. Do you remember what the brand is? I'm about to make my/your recipe. Thank you for all that you share. Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Shalom

Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
I use cranberry sauce in my kombucha with either lemon juice or orange juice. It’s one of our favorites.
This was great! I am going to make cranberry juice this weekend, the sauce will be a great addition. GOD bless

It is very handy, because we really never go through it very quickly. I hate wasting food :)

Hi Constance! Your neighbor over here in Northeastern Oklahoma is using your turkey brine!
Great!! Love to hear that :D
Have you done a video on canning water, cranberry juice and orange juice?. That sounds interesting.
