Hi! Thanks for the concise overview of Free CRM. Ive been eyeing both Hubspot and Zoho. What would you recommend for a business that needs a) tracking client info, meeting notes, last meeting dates, in individual “cards”; and b) creating and assigning tasks to team members and relating the tasks to each client. This is just for a team of 3. Something that can show “client view” - list of all clients and when you click a “card” it will show client info, notes, and any tasks associated w that client. But can also show “task” view in a kanban way (sort according to parameters like assigned team member or priority or stage in the pipeline) Thanks in advance!

What type of real estate business do you have?? I used to work for a wholesaling real estate investing company. We used Salesforce and it was phenomenal. We used it for aquisitions and dispositions. And we integrated it with a messaging and calling software. Give them a call it’s not that much more expensive than hubspot. And they can tailor it for you the way you want it long term.

Thanks for the video! I like that you’ve mentioned some well-known tools, they’re really good! But it's kind of frustrating that you didn’t mention less popular tools like Flowlu. I had been using it for a year and I can compare it with some CRMs from this video. What I want to say is that Flowlu is way better despite it’s been around only about 5 years or so. Nevertheless, it’s a solid tool for lead capturing and sales automation. Moreover, you can use it for free. It has all the tools CRMs need, quick customer support and a growing community. I’d love to see such videos in the future, but with less-known CRMs!

Hey Ray, Calendly is definitely a leader for booking appointments. However, tools like HubSpot also offer the appointment forms (not on the free plan). I suggest picking a CRM and then integrating Calendly.

Hey, Stewart. My para-church organization keeps track of members using a master spreadsheet and a new spreadsheet when we have an event. Combining the new data into the master spreadsheet with the new information is a manual nightmare. I am looking for a better way to track member information such as contact info and experience that is easy to update. Is a CRM like HubSpot the way to go? Or Microsoft Access? Your thoughts???

You can integrate ActiveCampaign with your CRM of choice. I suggest looking at using HubSpot or Zoho. Also, both these tools offer built in email marketing capabilities.

Whatever you do, don't use lead 2 client. The software is just too buggy and after 4 months I had to cancel my subscription for the second time. They dont keep their promises either. Most of these allow you to integrate with call tracking tools. Both Bitrix24 and HubSpot offer this.
