    I use CRM software in my company. Exactly Firmao. I can recommend this program to any entrepreneur. It has a lot of useful features and is very simple to use

    Hi Eric, great presentation, we use a python based CRM and it has taken time to configure, this presentation ticks our box given we are a Microsoft 365 account user, so thank you very much your time has not been wasted.

    Great overview...surprised you didn't mention Infor CRM in your line up...it's a robust tool that offers great integration to 3rd party programs.

    Thanks for the video, very interesting. It would have been great if you had added some measure of configuration and maintenance costs.. Many of these products are definitely not affordable for small-medium businesses..

    Great review! You missed the point of Power Platform as a low-code/no-code extension and the Dual Write integration to the ERP platform (which is soon to become even better).

      It's a good option for smaller or simpler purposes...just not enough to push it into the top 10...

    yet another M$-promotion of a business partner? It is kinda misleading to put small to largest companies (with their industry-specific needs) in the same Top10-bucket. No consultancy (in terms of expert) has ever conducted full (big) integration projects with each of the list (and the 99 alternative regional solutions). Therefore it might be better to discuss "Top 10 features" of CRM ...
