Kyle please help. I need something very simple . Customer contact information, email blast for new mobile home listing, tickler and reminder trackers, new contract management, robo calling please advise which might work best for my very small business.
Hey! Thanks for watching! At the end of the day, the best CRM is the one that you will actually use. I would suggest signing up for a few of the free CRMs and try out their interfaces. Whichever seems the most intuitive to you should be the winner.
since it has been 4 months since this post you very well may have already picked a CRM tool. however my advice from back when I worked in software integration, first make a list of all of your requirements and rank them from highest priority to lowest priority then analyze each of your top two or three tool selections and see which ones offer the highest priority items on your list everything else is bonus. and Kyle's point is 100% accurate, a tool is only as powerful as how frequently you're using it. if the CRM is the heartbeat of your business it's worth every penny if you're not using it it's a total waste of time and money
There isn't really a free CRM similar to kvCORE since most free CRM's don't include an IDX website. Although, it's not a free option, the cheapest option that's similar to kvCORE in my opinion is AgentFire Website + Follow Up Boss but it still comes in around $200/month. Good luck!
Thanks for the video! By the end of 2022 can surely say that Flowlu is the best for real estate. Tried most of the software from your list and they’re mostly too complicated and you need someone to help you with setting up automations and onboarding. FLowlu is much more user-friendly and has more than just a CRM module. And automations for the CRM and invoicing are must-have. I guess it’s going to be the best even in 2023, so I’d love to see your review on it. Just want to see something less-known :)
We are using trueflowai, it has ai assistant doing half of your work like predictive analysis, assisting with steps to increase sales probability, its like having an assistant working for me, I have to review though before it delivers customer visible activities

Why does it look like he is broadcasting LIVE from a DJ booth inside a nightclub? Also, there is no experiential reviews about any of these it's just all recipes reading it from their web page as this synopsis. That's not a review that's simply mini ad after mini ad. The noise of the fly in graphic being so loud again and again annoying imo Not what I was hoping for.

I do still recommend Bitrix24. I also recommend checking out HubSpot and Zoho as of 2023.
