Barbados is my Mother Birthplace. I haven't been since the early nineties. This video has really intrigued me to visit. My Mother goes to Barbados on a Frequent basis. My cousin is part of the Senate of Barbados.

I did hear it was but seeing is believing - Awesome place. Men we should really appreciate our homes and not think going to Paarreee (Paris) or other European countries. Same thing when you look at videos of Most African countries it is so nice YET WE are told it is not BUT the same Westerners we see flocking there

Thanks for watching, some places have closed down or reduced there hours but the essentials are fully open. Lots of tourist now it winter season and we have less covid protocols.

Awww thank you so much. Really love to hear the comments. To answer your questions - The Restaurant is called "Flavour in the pot Restaurant" its behind Roebuck Street. The Fruits are mainly imported and there is a mixture vegetables locally grown and imported.

Only those that aren't grown in the Tropics eg; grapes, most oranges(Barbados) has some but not plentiful..Pineapple, and the Apples (Galo)etc. Local fruits & veggies are; bananas, avocado,plums, cherries(local), golden apple, sour sop, mangoes. Veggies; lettuce, cabbage, beens, carrots, beets, potatoes(sweet) etc. You will have plenty to choose from, not to worry. I always cook for myself & family too. Fresh fish & meat.
