Captain America and the Avengers is a game developed and released by Data East in 1991. It features the Marvel Comics characters The Avengers in a side-scrolling action platform to defeat the evil Red Skull.
In this run, Xipo ( tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/Xipo ) takes a full advantage of a forward slide and all types of Captain's shield attacks, he even swims on the acid in it! Though he ignores the power-up system, because collecting the poles he would lose more time than could be gained by more powerful attacks.
This run is 00:10.45 seconds faster than Xipo's previous movie ( tasvideos.org/2140M ) due to skipping two "Red Alert" screens.

This game scared me as a child. A robot that loses its head and runs around like crazy; a man (or robot) that ends up burning and jumping also like crazy; the boss music; the red alerts stages, their background and the scary music (that background looked like a infinite roll of paper). But years later I could beat it.

for me was more than 20 years....even with emulator( infinite lives) i can not finish it yet,hehehh

I didn't know the Cap's spinning jump could also damage enemies.
Also this TAS is a clear hit to Hawkeye's gigantic ego. He doesn't do a damn thing here lol

This was my one of the, if not the favorite game. Do you use hack/cheat? How the bosses hurt of your touch without you even kicking them while the jump?

Далана! Игруля однотипная, проходил за пол часа, сейчас конечно подольше.
В детстве нравилась эта игрушка, но проходил лишь несколько уровней. Сейчас посмотрел прохождение, игра оказалась тем еще однотипным дерьмом.

when i was 10, i thought it was too scary so i didn't like it
