In August 2013, SHINee released their repackaged 3rd album combining all 3 chapters, The Misconceptions of You, The Misconceptions of Me and 2 new songs (Selene 6.23 and Better Off) under The Misconceptions of Us. The sad lyrics of Selene 6.23, about a loved one being unreacheable. were written by SHINee member Jonghyun.
This transcription took me ages to complete and ages to practise to (almost) perfection, because of the complex accompaniment. It's very challenging at the original speed :P I thought about making a simpler version, but it didn't sound anywhere near as nice, so here it is, the full (and only) version. Hope you'll like it...and hope some of you will take the challenge to play it :-) .

@swbn125, yes, a grade 6 pianist should be able to play it :-)
Haha....practice, practice practice ;-) Don't feel bad about it though, I practised for 2 whole days before I could play it without (or nearly without) mistakes. Looking and thinking ahead to the next hand position, helps. Also, always practice in small sections (one or 2 bars) at a time, making sure that you can play each EASILY before adding on the next section.

Haha...Thanks Zahra! You can learn to play gracefully too. Firstly, relax! If you're tense, you'll play too loudly and forcefully :-P Next, at the end of long notes, practise lifting your wrists before lifting your fingers of the surface of the keys. Do this slowly and gracefully, in a kind of circular motion. And finally, practise varying your tone (volume) ...play left hand more softly than right (unless the melody is in the left hand, like for baby don't cry). Some notes softer than others.

Thank you! It's actually slightly slower than the original speed! I just couldn't get all the notes right at the correct speed so I slowed it down a little. And yea it sound fast because of all the many notes ;-)

Yes, learn the letter names on the 4 spaces of each stave. The Treble spACE notes are FACE (reading from bottom up) and Bass spACE notes are ACEG (or All Cows Eat Grass). Memorize their positions on the piano, so that you can play them as soon as you see them, without having to think about it. Then remember that the line notes are just next to them. Memorize those too. If you draw up note reading drills for yourself on manuscript paper, and practice every day, you'll improve in one week! :-)

Gosh , your hands are so graceful ! Remember the baby dont cry sheets you gave me ? I played it and it sounds like ...... pop and it rocks (?) , instead of a calm , slow , soothing melody . I was like , "wth , this damn piano is broken ." and then I realized ur piano is the same as mine ._. Sad life .
