Just completing my All on4 zirconia dental implants, I had the top done and after a year went for the bottom, unfortunately I did get a nasty infection which caused 4 inter oral & extroral surgery and a week in the hospital, then a year of physical & emotional healing before getting two of the implants replaced, I’m now 2 months with finals and though my bite probably needs adjusting , I’m super happy and grateful the implants are something I never could have afforded without my bf helping me & I felt super insecure, especially for a woman in my mid 50’s I took care of my teeth but they would literally shatter and it’s just so expensive , even though I set myself up to think that if ppl don’t accept me for myself perhaps then I don’t need them but now that I’ve got them I love the look and the confidence helps a lot , but just wish they didn’t cost so much , ( I just want to state I went elsewhere) but if u can afford it it’s worth it :-)
I'm going through the very same thing right now as this man did and its miserable. I have teeth been worked on 4 to 5 times each and they still hurt me when i eat and often the feelings come right back out. I want implants so bad I can cry. Honest to god, my teeth has nearly taken the life out of me. Its so depressing looking at my UGLY self. I'm 41 now and hate the looks of myself cause my teeth. I have ZERO confidence. My dream is to some how, some day, get dental implants. It would make my world, if I could smile again and feel good about myself.
