Hello Jordan, I have a Yamaha mg10xuf. How can I connect an external pedal to the mixer? Basically Im using channel 1 with condenser mic to capture an acoustic guitar and I want to use a pedal (reverb) that I like much better than the built-in effect in the mixer. My pedal has 1 mono in+1 stereo in 1 mono ot+1 stereo ot Thank you ❤
If you have an external pedal, you'll need a DI box to help you match the impedance of your mixer. Guitar > Pedal (mono in) > Pedal (mono out) > DI box > Mixer.
This was a great video!! I have a smvb for my main mic but wanted something for guest
Excelent video! In the blind test I preffered the first one.
I like the sound of the pd100
Did I miss the reveal from the blind test? I liked both, but in this talking head context, I preferred number 2. Great video.
It’s typed in the video description

Guitar > Pedal (mono in) > Pedal (mono out) > DI box > Mixer.

The plosive test puts pd100 in disadvantage, sm7b have a wind muff and pd100 has none
