Idk, I always keep an eye on the CEO, you never know what could happen.
The real difference is Yagoo is actually competent and tries to incentivize his Vtubers to stream rather than force them too. Their western PR is so much better as well, and their management eventually adapted well to western style sensibilities. Yagoo isn't a saint and Hololive is not a Vtuber paradise. But they have something that Niji obviously lacks.

No Rima the worst case scenario was Selen succeeded in taking her own life, and Nijisanji find themselves under police investigation into how and why the person behind Selen took their own life which would lead to possible criminal charges against the company being filled and possible lawsuit against the company by Selen's family for negligence

Vox has always been disgusting. First the allegations he has on him before he joined Nijisanji of gaslighting and other things but beyond that. He roleplays mental and physically illnesses so his para social fans can "take care" of him. He needs to be shut down, that's just my opinion I've had it since he threw reimu under the bus back in the day when she wanted to talk to him about FNAF and his fans got mad at her and he said "No she shouldn't have tried to talk to me while streaming." It's disgusting he cares more about his reputation from his fans.

Management claimed they only shown PART of the legal documents while Vox said he he read thoroughly reviewed it. At the very least, get their Story straight.

Anyhow Niji are behaving like they are covered by the JP defamation laws. These mean you can be sued, even if the accusations are proven true, for tarnishing public images.
As such they are/have repeatedly broken laws. Firing by tweet is not legal in Canada. They did it publicly.
Also the agreement was to keep the documents between lawyers. Vox isn't a legal expert, let alone a qualified lawyer.
Add to that his history of manipulative behaviour.
I've been on the receiving end of his sort of sort spoken, mean no harm but here are all the things I just made up to disparage you publicly.
It's middle management and politician speak to keep everyone calm and reassured with tone while throwing blame far away from themselves. I smell it and it makes my fists curl because they use it to get away from ever being held responsible.

Sorry, but I don't see anything wrong in breaking a company like Niji's rules. If everything said about their rules by Doki and others is true, shit sounds hyper-controlling to ridiculous extremes. Also in no way does simply breaking a corporate company's rules in itself make fair treating the breaker so harshly they attempt ending it. I admittedly am anti corporate control bs in general but I don't give a crap what all Doki did that the CEO or people on the CEO's side didn't like, not in a situation like this

Nijisanji said it’s legal to share those information with their livers. But even if something is legal, doesn’t mean it is the right thing to do.

I suspect it was a pleasant breeze as the wind went in one ear and out the other without meeting any interference along the way.
I'd like to speak up a bit in defense of the JP bros, in elaboration -- not necessarily push back -- that the different stances toward the current situation is out of general/casual/innocent ignorance, rather than something about the "culture."
Yeah, we have it very different here in East Asia, but c'mon, we aren't living in the 18th century or anything. There are more similarities between the way we view things here in the East and West, than differences. "Conforming to the authority" isn't exactly a problem exclusive to Eastern culture, and more often than not, even here in the East, its a result of power dynamics where people are silenced, rather than we truly think "its virtuous to just go with the majority opinion." No, really. Nobody thinks like that. At least, not since the last half-century. Maybe in the '80s.
In retrospect, the thing we have to remember is that the crossovers, familiarities, camaraderies and general good-will between JP's domestic fandom and "kaigainikis" is a LOT weaker in Niji fanculture, than compared to, for example, hololive.
Hololive is still the only agency that's ever succeeded in true "globalization" of their Vtuber culture where true interaction and collaboration between domestic Vtubers and foreign branch members happen on a regular basis, and has now moved past the point of limited events. Regular interactions now happen voluntarily with the holomem and their plans in the lead.
That, has had the very positive effect of more JP bros and general Asian fandom, getting to meet with people from the Western fandom, and I can truly say I've observed very inspiring results of such interactions where each side effect the other in positive ways. For example, the negative aspects of the "idol worship culture" in JP fandom that's been a long-standing problem, is these days considerably diluted by the differing opinions of the more casual Western fandom, and its at the point where no JP domestic fandom can now maintain the previous attitude of "what the foreigners say don't matter." Hololive's JP fans, are truly, interested in what the western fans think, and they watch not only domestic oshis, but casually watch EN or ID members as well, despite the language barrier. The amount of kirinukis where English-speaking JP bros clip EN members and translate it to Japanese, has noticeably increased.
This kind of globalization had the net positive effect which the different fandom cultures are now slowly converging into a "universal" hololive fan culture where people understand different branches have their own cultural differences, norms, rules, expectations, mannerisms.
I'm not saying this never happens in Niji, but I am saying Niji, despite running multiple different branches, due to their general differences in management policies and philosophies, had never really succeeded (nor probably even attempted) such "globalization" in the first place.
The end result, is that the JP domestic fandom, and Western fandom, still largely view each other as very alien entities. They have the tendency to view each others more as "foreigners" than "fans of a same company." And as much, they don't really see Niji and other branches like NijiEn as a "part of the same company." They tend to just view it as an offshoot which does its own thing, doesn't really matter in any way to the main branch, and therefore, retains the general attitude that "gee, I wish whatever the ruckus is over there, it doesn't mess up things happening here."
Like.. eh.. this is really unfortunate, but if the hololive fans of different branches view each other as "part of a big family" with "cousins and relatives" feel with very high levels of familiarity and good will, the domestic Niji JP bros view foreign branches and their fans as just that -- sort of like employees of a foreign branch of your company that you never get to meet, don't really want to mingle, don't really care about.
This problem, imo, is not fault of the fans. It's Niji's problem. They never cultivated a true "global fan culture." From the start, everything they did, they made it clear that the sole priority, sole money-makers, sole theater of operations that held any importance, was the domestic main branch. They never really cared or put effort into the foreign branches, and I'm pretty sure the success of the male EN Vtubers was a totally unexpected surprise, and they treated solely as a "new source of revenue" -- instead of making any effort to try and integrate the new assets into the main branch and truly expand it to something bigger and wider.
Because of this, Niji fandom, even in the main branch, show all the signs of the very old "oshi worship" culture where despite the different members all being in the part of the same company, those fandoms don't really feel anything toward fans of other Livers who are not their oshi. They don't feel any sense of connection or togetherness, like, at all.
We must remember that even hololive used to see something like that, before the globalization happened. We remember it in the instances where fans of certain holomems did horrible things like use superchat to denounce, deride, criticize other holomem they felt were outshining, or grandstanding before their oshi. Even upto the early days of EN Myth, we used to see some of those bad habits turn up. There were -- and still are -- people who think some other holomem are detriment or an obstacle to their oshi, and would harbor ill feelings. It's just that these days, BOTH the domestic and Western fandoms have grown to become better and stronger that those actions are now held intolerable, and would become promptly suppressed... which is why the remnants of those shitty toxic fan culture have been largely exiled away into the "darker" corners of the internet.
This kind of change, never happened in Niji, because the company never felt the need to cutivate and grow a positive fandom. And the current divisions between Niji JP bros and the western fandom, is the result of such near-sighted mistakes.
JP bros, largely, feel like "there's something 'outside' and its hurting the company." "I don't really know what it is about" "Aren't they just blowing things out of proportion?" "Why should their problems be causing trouble to us and Nijisanji, when it's not even my problem?"
These sentiments, the "compartmentalized" nature of Niji fandom where ppl don't really care about other fandoms and branches -- we can't fault the individual JP fan for acting in this way. This, is something the company should have worked hard to prevent, because problems like these, are large-scale problems which individual fans or groups of fandoms have no control over.
This, I view, as one of the largest failures on part of Nijisanji, that despite the quantitative growth of the company, they've never bothered to grow qualitatively. And now, BOTH the western fans, AND the JP bros, have fallen victims to those failures.
I'm not asking people to just graciously withstand the poor sentiment JP bros are showing at these moment. But I would like to say, please try to understand why they act that way -- because a large part of it, is truly, due to no fault of their own. Like, "they know not what they are doing" -- literally, because the company never showed them a broader vision, to help them see and care for other branches and their fans as "part of a family."

My guess is that theyre a community gathering tidbits of information of lore video and compiling them together, meanwhile acting like it's an actual anime. They even list the debut songs as openings for different seasons.

I suppose the horse girl allegations comes from the angel of the ears since kitsune generally has straight ears pointing up (is it a fox species thing?) and the fact you’ve got no visible tails as fox tails are very different in appearance from horse tails.

Honestly the whole claim of "she needed the permissions because of involvement of former livers" in itself is completely ridiculous. Nijisanji owns those IPs, they own their likeness (aka avatar) and they own any copyrightable content produced while under contract during reported work hours. Whether the people behind the livers are still with the company at the time the IP is used is completely irrelevant. Asking for their permission is certainly a nice thing to do, but legally utterly meaningless. Even if they said no, Nijisanji would still have every right to go forward monetizing something created with what they own so long as they pay out the royalties as per their contractual obligation.
And even in a universe where Nijisanji's contract lawyers are entirely incompetent and this somehow was how their contract works she wouldn't have needed those permissions from management either. All she would have needed then was permission from the former livers (which she had). That's because
A .. those former livers could then freely decide when and how their former likeness is used
and
B .. Selen as the producer of the song and the person commisioning and paying for the production would be the sole copyright holder. As such she could freely decide how her work could be used after a check with management over CI-related concerns.
Either way you slice it the claim doesn't hold 🤔
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the many talents and their breaks off streaming. If it may be a long break, as we seen already, they are very much crucial for talents. Appreciate their breaks and time off for how serious mentally and physically taxing things can be being a vtuber under an agency.
I wonder if it was a Publicity stunt cause they may think any publicity good or bad is what they want. That agency is very strange to me they act in ways that is not normal but if they act this way or worse behind doors it kinda tracks a bit.

Selen/Doki has always been a bit of a wild one. The constant butting of heads over Selen/Doki being rash and Management wanting her to follow processes she was never going to follow to the letter just hurts everyone in this situation. The other livers taking this personally can only mean that management was leaning on them as Selen/Doki's "friends" to talk to her and let her know she needed to listen to management. So it was pressure by Niji and then bullying by the livers/friends of Selen/Doki that pushed this to it's limits. I'm glad Selen/Doki got out of that situation though at the end of the day. There's a lot of emotional damage that Doki needs to repair going forward.

Might be coping but find it hard to believe all of them siding with company, especially with the rumors that there's much more going on behind the scenes.

This probably isn't all of them, but I'm sure a lot of them need this job, and it's not easy to throw away your livelihood just to make a statement.
Maybe if they pulled a Doki manoeuvre (without the attempt, please), they might have ended up in a better position. Scarle is getting some love for her little rebellion(?).
It's stupidly easy for them to leave, get a new model and stream again. Streamers of their size are rolling in money, they can take a hit if they want. It isn't throwing away their livelihood, it's sticking with a shit company.
The craziest thing to me is that Nijisanji would have had a semi-positive reception if we ONLY got the Tazumi apology. But the Tweet from NijiEN and the video made by those three were just Napalm Bombardment on a peace treaty.
Nijisanji would have made it out okay if Selen graduated instead or terminated. Now it's this insane divide. But this is Nijisanji's fault.
We should not disregard JP viewers' opinion, even if they don't have all the information. I read quite a few of their comments under Elira's video and almost all of them come from a place of concern. They don't want to see anyone be bullied, which is what Doki requested as well. I think we do need to be rational and leave the NijiEN talents alone. This is gonna go to court and we should wait for the ruling before vilifying anyone. And even then, we should not brigade them.
She was supposed to get the zaion treatment for termination she didn't get it now this is round 2 for her to get the zaion treatment
I suppose the difference is that Zaion was a trouble maker from day 1 until her final day, Selen had infractions but they weren’t common, which is how she lasted for 30ish months while Zaion barely managed 1 month.
