I mix 1 to 2 tspn of cotaryl cream in my body moisturizer 2 times a week for exfoliation as it contains 12% lactic acid. And at night i use fix derma's nigrifix on my elbows, knees and knuckles. I also use a stone like to scrub my feet in the shower and before bed i use ghee on my feet after shower and wear socks and go to sleep. I also do body gua sha for like 10 mins alternate day and dry brushing everyday before shower. For lotion i use glycerin+ rose water on my body and top it up with coconut oil everyday as chemicals in body lotions tend to dull out my skin.
