Get your adrenaline pumping with this scary aerial hammock drop! This spool drop or knee drop on aerial sling will have you dropping head first! This tutorial will break down the move so it is easy to follow along and I also mention some big safety tips too.
WARNING!!!! Please do not attempt this drop if you have back, neck, or knee issues! A lot of force is generated on the drop and it gives quite the squeeze in the wrap. Know your body and your limits and only practice with an instructor present.
