It’s reading your password it won’t let you but it reading it and then it will tell you if let you or system error 5 has occurred

Can confirm it works on Windows 10.
Those talking about system error 5, you get it because you need to run CMD as admin (right click run as admin)
Those who say can't type, you can. The thing is it is done so you don't see it. After writing it once, you'll be asked to confirm by typing it again.

If you want admin on a student PC then do the sticky keys virus, search up some vids on how to do that if your interested

Doing this on a domain would require /domain after the command. Changing password with a local admin on a domain is not possible. You require a Domain\administrator account.
