Subscribed! Thanks for the video. Do you have any tips for tracking unresponded comments in ClickUp? Commenting on tickets and @mentioning people is frustrating without knowing if they've been seen or addressed,

You can create what we call a "ClickUp Champion Dashboard" (th-cam.com/video/CZV967vmh-s/w-d-xo.html&lc=UgxRV0u1_STCPhZu4Td4AaABAg). At the 13:20 mark in that video I discuss the "Who's Behind" card. This can be helpful along with the "Workspace Points" card to help see who's reading notifications, etc.
This is where habits come in to play. You should train your team on the software AND expectations, and make sure everyone is reading and responding to those comments in a timely fashion. You can always require people leave an emoji reaction or something to to say "I've seen this".
