Pressure was off after the GTN boys and their marathon challenge proved super hard (obviously). Weekend warrior looks like a fabulous challenge. I’m not sure I would manage the first day though! Putting on a wet, wetsuit?! Eeeek! That’s an event of its own. Might need a video of that as a challenge...
Amazing! I saw people doing this at the London Triathlon and felt very lucky to just be doing the Olympic distance! It's like a very long version of Super League, a very impressive achievement!
I'm beyond amazed and impressed with your achievement! And doubly so after being away for weeks! Personally, I've never done one of those... Or a triathlon of any kind... yet... But I've run a number of 12 hour endurance races and did a fair number of back-to-back Saturday/Sunday marathons. The first few miles of the second race are some of the most challenging ever, but the feeling you get once you're in the groove during the second race is incomparable!
Yeah, training is obviously 100% overplayed :) Congrats on 4th overall and congrats on 1st woman. The only metal I would get was the first death, but it was cool to watch you run and smile and do it. Well done.

Your channel is an absolute inspiration for me! I've never done a triathlon, but thanks to your channel I decided that I will do my first one next year. Until then I am mainly working on my swimming technique, because I am really struggling with freestyle, but would generally consider myself to be good swimmer. That's why I am confident that I am ready to do my first Triathlon next year.
There is no rule on what swim technique you need to use. You can do backstroke all the way, but the freestyle is considered the fastest. I guess you just need to be inside the swim cut-off, probably you need to check that one depending on the race. Good luck in your adventure.

I wondered cos it felt weird when dry almost like it was cut for aero on the bike but not so much for running or swimming.

I enjoy running. I do it frequently. Always after sundown or before sun up. Lately my fiance has been telling me that I'm not allowed to run road side with my head torch on. I keep telling her she is talking absolute dog shite but she keeps insisting it's the law. My torch has got different setting for brightness the lowest of which I use for road side and the brightest I use when I go through the woods area (where I saw a fox the other day which was really cool). So who's right, can I run along the road with my head torch or am I breaking the law?

So how did the foreman of this go? It's a bit unclear in the video. Was it do as many Sprint as you can on Saturday then do as many super Sprints as you can do on Sunday?

As many sprints on both days but after the cutoff you could do one mire super sprint on both days.
