Thx Dr. Megan, I have PMR with GCA. Had biopsy on both temporal arteries. GCA present on both sides. Was on 45 mg Prednisone now down to 9. Side effects waning. I contacted Brittany from a previous post about weight loss while on prednisone and got on her program to lose weight. I wanted to be proactive. I had gained 15 lbs and was afraid if I waited until I’m off prednisone I’d be dealing with 30 lbs to lose. I’ve been on the plan for 3 weeks and have lost 9 lbs. moon face is disappearing and I feel a lot better about myself. Thx for putting me in touch with her. Love you posts. Plz keep them coming.
