  • Taking blows is very important. Especially if you fail to block or dodge. A slap to the stomach can be very painful and result in a knockout. Watch the video and see how you can prepare to hit your opponent hard.
    The fighting stance is very important. The body must not be completely straight. If you lean forward slightly, the power to hit your opponent will be lower.
    Deflate your stomach, diaphragm, and lungs as you take the blow. This way your abdominal muscles will automatically tense up.
    Another thing you have to do is work with your whole body. Bend your torso slightly during the impact. Then the opponent's power to hit will be slightly weakened.
    As you can see, large abdominal muscles will not help if you are not familiar with the technique of taking a punch.
    Don't get knocked out and practice taking blows on your stomach.
