There’s a cut ending where Nick and Annie hug it out like in Ending C, but instead of leaving to the plane, Annie kicks Nick in the nuts for being a “piece of shit” around town, it then causes other survivors to come by with weapons and Nick tries to escape saying he’s “Special” but the survivors soon beat him down and end up killing him.

The ending was supposed to be when you killed alot of survivors and you finally go to the plane and try to beat the game Katey will show up with her friends and start telling you about how you had enough time to kill other survivors.They will kill you and that was it.
I thought of an ending called ending E as well. Nick found an exit to the city and got the other survivors and left the city, but they let zombies to the exit so sadly next sacrifices himself to save everyone, and blowing up the exit with all the other survivors escaping the city.
For ending D, just go to the plane at the start of chapter 7 and interact with it. For ending C, you have to kill Gary when you go to the karaoke bar.,
Chuck Greene show up to be Annie father after the fight with Red and got ending S afterward. Game age well on PC with a little config for the fps and fov that you have to do yourself. Shame you cant free roam after the story.
Yes, it's a shame that we can't walk freely down the street, but it would also be interesting after playing the game, if we could play with Chuck, that would be really good, but unfortunately Capcom didn't do that.

I think that ending is the ending x that was removed from the game, but if you go to TH-cam and search for that ending it will show up
That ending is impossible to get in normal game since survivors are immune to friendly fire unlike in Dead Rising 2.
So ending D is basically punishment for trying to ditch the others
