2024 Black C8 Z06 Corvette with Z07 package

- This is a 2024 Z06 with Z07 package I purchased new on 12/29/2023. The options include 3LZ trim, front memory lift, carbon fiber wheels, level 2 carbon interior, red calipers, red seat belt, engine appearance package, engine intake in red, black exhaust tips and competition seats.
Many are curious on market conditions and what I paid - Picked this up for 7K over MSRP and could not be happier.
The C8s all should have looked like that from the beginning. You gotta keeper there. Beautiful.

@@Monkeey1 absolutely disagree! It looks nothing like ferrari or lembo, it's still looks like a vette even from miles away beautiful aggressive modern purposeful l. Every porshe is the same bug eye boring outdated design, that only caters to specific old crowd. The only thing they got going right now is the GT4RS that's more aggressive and sexy. I never even look at regular 911 or 718s they are boring to look at compare to competition. Carrera GT and 918 Spyder are by far best and most unique Porshe the ever made. Now it's copy and paste

Just ceramic coating. I looked at PPF but it would have cost 7k and I wasn’t sure if it was worth it

In-person is a lot different. It’s wider than a C8 and just looks incredible. When I park next to my C8, it’s quite impressive how different they are. Thanks for your comment

Hey I read your response to a comment saying you only ceramic coated the car, not ppf. I'm wondering, with the time that has passed, have you gotten any scratches/rock scratches? Any regrets not getting the PPF? I'm getting my z06 soon and am wondering whether I should skip the ppf or not. Thank you. Bad ass car man, this video is one of the reasons im going with black on mine!
No scratches or rock chips. I don’t regret not getting the PPF simply due to the price point and the fact I don’t keep the same car for more than a year typically.

Too many variables to answer factually. Market conditions shift quickly but overall, they do well with holding their value depending on mileage, options and overall care. The hard part is finding a buyer at 150k+

Not at all, the grip is exceptional but requires the right tire and replacement as needed

@@averageguyharleyrider4779bro no need to upgrade, I agree as well that the footage looks amazing. The newer GoPros mainly improve over stabilization and low light performance so in the day the difference is minimal (to the average eye)

@@tmastodon8174 those are not better, you're paying for badge. Watch comparison of each. I just compared most of them and ZO6 is best for the price not to mention it's a V8. Fully loaded amg gt is gonna run you more, GTR is a V6 and nizmo is like over $200K for the same design old enterior and V6. 911GT3 starts at $180K and that's not even including any options that you can get and not even RS. And I've watched comparisons for both and they are neck to neck. Not worth paying $30K more for base 911GT3 imo when they are very close. NSX starts at $170K or more and it's a V6 with 600 hp. R8 V10 base model starts at $150K while ZO6 with all options maxes out at little over $150K. It does sound awesome tho. So as you can see. He's got the best performance car value for money

id argue the side profile is the best part. the rear they definitely overstyled. GM isnt very good with rear ends. The camaro fased the same boring look.

still has that Transformers look that chevy has bought into, but it does look better in all black to kinda hide some of the goofy angles that do not add to performance, just to ugliness. congrats on your car, i bet you trade it in for the Z1 :) Please god, let a C9 come out that copies the styling of the Ferrari instead of just the engine.

It’s a Z07 FOR tracking which creates strong aerodynamics, stability and control through downforce. Despite my opinion being different than yours, it an essential wing that’s far from silly. Check out videos about Kia’s… No silliness there
@Mitch-hd8md I know what a wing does. I currently own an R35. My opinion is that wing is weird and not necessary since he's not tracking it.

@breadballer797 I saw the GT3 in person and that wing is ridiculous as well. I imagine that car for me without the wing if I'm just driving it daily. That GT3 is the greatest car ever built imo.
