    Training gotta suck. How many have gotten sick with gag reflex? Love the videos on this channel.

      I recommend training OPAs on manikins. You can train NPAs on each other but it’s not comfortable.

      ​@@SixEcho Before I started in EMS I used to work as a Sideshow performer where I did a stunt called the Human Blockhead, which was "Hammering" a nail or something comparable up the nose. I made the mistake of letting my instructor find that fact out when I was in my basic class. You can probably guess where that story goes.

    If you only have the 1 NPA should you use your shears to cut it to size? Also can / should you use this with a CPR mask?

    Hi Guys If your in the middle of no where and only have a size 28 NPA with you can you and require a smaller size cut them shorter cheers
