Thanks for your videos Tom!! I love them, they are the perfect length to listen first thing in the morning to get my motor running. As a new agent, (i haven't signed with an agency yet) from watching your videos I feel like i can combat any obstacle and am not intimidated to go out and DO IT
Tom, you've done it again. Wow affect!!! My brain is spinning. I stopped in the middle, went back, listened again. Screen shot, made notes, asked myself questions. Wow- thank you
Tom this is the KEY to creating a HUGE degree of separation! I'm pretty sure my competition will not take the time to do this! So it's OK that you shared this truth. Thanks I think? LOL
Tom, I've watched this video so many times I've lost count! And I just noticed that this is NOT my only comment on the video. Well my friend, this is how much this video has helped me. I wrote out my value proposition statement using this video and BOOM, FIREWORKS, MARCHING BAND, AWARDS SHOW, CALL THE PRESIDENT AND TELL HIM ABOUT ME BECAUSE THIS WORKS! Yes, this works!!! Thank you brother. You bring so much value to the table. I appreciate you!
This is fabulous! Your personality shines through and you are very easy to follow and understand. Thanks! Subscribed! These notes are applicable to every and any business out there, including ourselves.
Hi Suzie Q, Tom posted it in another comment below. We weren't the only ones looking for it. Seems that company is out of business now, but their TH-cam video is still up at th-cam.com/video/X1oHp-VvhDE/w-d-xo.html
I love this video. It's by far the best I've seen. I'm just wondering about my business though because it's a non tangible style business with a lot of people who sail my lane and are not real or sincere. This causes trust issues with customers. Any suggestions? Thanks you. PS. I'm going to check out that juice link as well.
Everyone goes through this! Learn as much as you can in your market, I would start with the last month's market stats, percentage change in avg price, number of sales and days on market! We all have to start somewhere. Good Luck Joerell
