This was the most useful thing I've seen in a while. It had a clear path to achieving what it said it would (the three step formula) without being a canned line that doesn't sound natural to some of us. Was also more widely useful (as in, not just for designers), which was nice.

It so fascinating to me (but not surprising) that I have watched the channels of some of The Futur's Pro Group members without knowing they are Futur Pro members! Environment is crucial for performance. If you don't have friends at that level locally - this seems like an amazing opportunity to be surrounded by motivated like-minded individuals from all over the world. I have set a goal for myself (and am moving in that direction) to become a Futur Pro member next year and to do my TH-cam channel. Hope to talk to you guys next year.

You know how most architects who are affordable make buildings who function but lack in design? We believe that even the smallest project deserves good design and that good design doesnt require expensive materials. We build social, cheap, innovative buildings for a fair market price. So if you want an amazing building that is affordable I'm your guy.
Not my problem. I always take the stairs, no power outage issues, it keeps you healthy, good for social distancing these days, and it frees you from the elevator pitch embarassment. It works all the time - 100% success rate 100% broke ;)
My entry : You know how *outdoor and sports equipment stores* find it difficult to connect with their customers, even if the people inside give incredible advice and help you find the equipment you need for your adventures? We help them with visual content and social media campains targeting the right audience, to develop their identity to be remembered in the region by showing them as a *reliable source of knowledge* by their customers and not only a resseller for gear and equipement. Too long i guess, but it's maybe because it's a special niche ?
Hey chris! I'm a 15 year old self taught designer. I haven't done too much client work thus far . People usually approach me saying, " Hey, are you open to doing the cover of my next song?' , or something along those lines. How can I use this technique to respond to them? and is it okay to send personal projects when people ask me for samples?

I don't know how to tell them its not working and maybe they should look for someone else. I don't want to be disrespectful or anything but still want to get the message across sometimes.
