Biggest takeaway - 1) Learn to sell your fees and no price reduction 2) One hour a week (Wednesdays) focus on your business development (growth, expansion, direction, strategy, goals, etc..) 3) Spend a minimum of 30 mins a day objection handling

wow! talk about a great episode! definitely need to watch more than once. i like the suggestion of posting something real estate on social media without a definitive call to action being like product placement on a show (seeing someone drink a coke)
I think this is great but it’s 7 years old and could be updated as a lot of things have changed or tweaked in recent years. Either way it’s still a great road map.
