The New Movement (the inspiration for the video) was on their album called The Roots Come Alive….. which was released in 1999 as a regular album but the re-released as an enhanced double-CD edition containing six extra tracks, music videos and photos was also released with a limited pressing.
I thought there would be another album after listening to GNX. GNX has this lingering feeling, like a lack of resolution. Rather more like an appetizer. As soon as Gloria ends, I was looking for more. So you play GNX again from the top. I agree with the people’s speculation, but for me, it’s because the album feels as if it is priming the listener for more
I thought it would drop Friday the 13th after he added a second show in TO on Friday the 13th. Now I’m thinking today 12/22 after dropping 11/22. If not, it’s gotta come this year so i’d say 12/31.
