Love the sunbeam tray/plate..my Dad worked for sunbeam and retired with Smhidts baking after 34 years of working as a bread delivery man. My younger brother is still with Smhidts.

We live an hour East of Forest City..actually drove over here last Christmas. We did a quick drive through the downtown area, but would love to shop and stroll the entire area next time. I lost a dear friend a month ago who grew up here. We worked together 89-91. So brings back memories of days gone by. Thank y’all for sharing this beautiful Christmas town. God bless.

What a beautiful video of Forest City, NC. As a child( mid 1950s) we lived just outside of DC and at Christmas time we would pile into the dodge my grandfather owned and drive and drive and see the Christmas lights of DC and surrounding areas. They were so beautiful and seemed to fill the world of a five year old.
I started to cry some when the music was playing and then I spotted Pies!! Oh My, sweet sweet pies and cookies. I cannot thank you enough for taking us with you on your trips. It means the world to me in more ways then words can express. You are very special people and I thank God he led me to your channel. Take Care and God's blessings be upon you all your days. Mike & Karen y'all need to go to Christmas Town USA, McAdenville, North Carolina if y'all wanna see the most beautiful Christmas lights in the United States.
There's millions of lights there. The whole town & houses are all lit up. It's highly worth the visit.
It's only about 3 & a half hours drive from East Tennessee.
Ya'll need to ride over to Cullman, AL just south of Huntsville for the most beautiful Christmas adventure.

Have yall ever been to McAdenville, NC? It used to be a mill town that Pharr Yarns would pay the power bills of the employees that had homes in this small town. They decorate in clear red, green and white Christmas lights. It is beautiful. It would be amazing to see you video them and put them on yt. It is a very old town, Pharr Yarns does not pay the power bills anymore, I don't think. It is a sweet little town that all the town decorates.

Y'all need to come to Macon Georgia we have over a million lights that are synchronized to some Christmas classics it's called Macon Christmas Light extravaganza and it starts at 6:00 p.m. every night. I know it's a little out of the way but I think it's worth it

Very nice Christmas lights and around 4:48 there is a few seconds of what looks like a full or nearly full moon. Also that time of the day sometimes the sky is rendered a bit lighter on a video than what it looks like in real life, which is a nice view also. Thanks.

Mike I know you don't know me but I do know that you're a man of God please pray for the family my wife passed away November 29 congested heart failure asthma and COPD she also was in hospital Oct 31 to Nov 4th I just know that you listen and we both watch you and Karen I love you all

It was a bank. A local family who owned a business bought it and refurbished unfortunately the husband passed at an early age but with his legacy has kept all alive
