Staring at an unmoving screen while you say "like uhh...." a bunch of times thinking about what you want to say is brutally boring. You're obviously knowledgeable and know what you're talking about when it comes to this game, but you gotta actually talk about it. I started watching the timestamp to see how long it was between actual bits of info, it was insane

Quick cooldown has a huge diminish return, as you get around 10% cdr around lv11, but getting lv30 only gives you 20% cdr. it's a bonus to get lv30, but 1 tier V quick cooldown is more than enough, stack them with other sigils like cascade or other sigils that grants cdr to would be better.

sadly it will require some luck to get damage cap V+ but there is a proud raid that gives you a guranteed damage cap V when you first clear "Defeat Vrazaerk"

where to farm damage cap reliably?

The relaible farm would be transmute, because its only the very last proud boss that drops it reliably.
you gotta stop saying "like" so much bro, it's a difficult habit to break but it really hurts the quality of your content.
